DW's organisation of management…

DW's organisation of management companies to maintain communal areas appears be to last on their list of things to do. DW are selective with their contractual obligations, attempting to impose restrictions on parking which doesn't appear to be creating any safety concerns yet ignore safety concerns relating to unkempt grounds and pathways with temporary surfaces over a year after they dug the permanent surfaces up. Residence on the Corinthian Estate are surrounded by communal areas, part of the initial attraction however, failures by DW and their management company to maintain these areas have left residents surrounded by 2 ft high weeds in many areas. Leaving the entire development unsightly!Update 24h September -Received an automated response and nothing further

Issues, snags and low standard of professionalism

I have had too many issues and when you have change of team, customers suffer. Lots of things going wrong and not documented and passed on properly to get rectified. I have invested a huge amount so would have expected DWH to be a professional which in my case was at a very low standard

Review After 6 Months of Owning DWH…

Review After 6 Months of Owning DWH homes.Sales went quickly with very competent sales person Jess, as we were not in chain home delivered on time.Since then what we are through is the list of incompetent personnel who try to close snagging list beginning from peeling floor, not fitted correctly windows, through wonky and damaged staircase and list of many others. Its 6 months since we raise our issues with DWH and their customer care SouthWest and every time we have have a new person coming to our home to repair something they discover another issues like recently incorrectly fitted sink which damaged worktop or not evenly laid tiles. I am really scared what could be fitted incorrectly structurally if as it looks like DWH cant make sure that the floor is laid straight. We have had some snagging completed but most of them is as called half job (i.e front door which cannot be fitted properly) as the door frame is incorrectly fitted. The constant meeting with site manager are full of apologies and blaming others but there is no action. Southwest care as it is they do their best but TBH its not good enough at this stage we are waiting more than 6 months to fit new kitchen Island. If I would order and paid for kitchen from Wren or Magnet and I would not have it delivered for 6 months I would be fuming, but I just need to listen over and over that DWH does not communicate with Symphony and it is constant blaming one another. After 6 months today was the day when my wife broke and she said she does not know what to do further who to complain further. We are very disappointed and as a premium brand you would expect better of them.

Excellent sales tactics.

Excellent sales tactics, they are great until you've signed the contract and transfer the funds then you'll see their real colours. Before we bought our plot, the designs we were shown, the 3D structures and the sales conversion all said there was going to be hedges on the side of our property to separate it and create a line from where our property end and the public starts.They decided to put dead shrubs all along the side of the property (wish I could add pictures to this), and when we contacted them to have rectified and plant the hedges we were promised. Their response was "they are not prepared to rectify it due to the cost". We are now dealing with people walking across the front lawn constantly and we can't put up a fence. Now having to get solicitors involved, luckily we still have the pictures and copies of the designs we went through during the sales stage. Honestly just try another company, stay away from any company they are associated with. Save yourself less stress.
