Lucy and Stella were amazing to deal with from initial enquiries to reserving a plot and completing within 4 months. Site Manger John has been excellent so far - getting tradesmen to pop by and fix urgent snags within 5 mins of messaging him. That is what I call brilliant customer service.This being our 2nd DWH purchase we’re very happy with the build quality of the property so far 1 week in. Snag list has already been reviewed and things are being rectified at our convenience. Overall we’re very glad we chose to move to DWH Wendel View and being looked after by a wonderful site team.

Perfect Home

We purchased our home at their Thorpebury in the limes development.I cannot stress how amazing the team have been. From the start, Jules and Caroline were there from day one, supporting with choices and questions and the whole process. Quick responses on queries and Jules always has done everything she can to make it a special and smooth process for us, helped us feel confident all throughout the process. The site team Kieran and Dan and team have worked very hard to present us with a top quality home. It's absolutely perfect. Kieran has been amazing with helping us settle in and helping with snags. No major problems, All sorted within days of reporting to Kieran. We love the area, it's well thought through and layed out and calm.

I'm still at the early stages of my purchase and my experience as been exactly what I prayed for. I have been fortunate to meet with key people in the development who have been absolutely amazing and have reassured me their customers are the centre of what they do. The sales ladies have been helpful, providing detailed information and guiding me in the journey. The location Wendel View is green, fresh and stunning. Site Manager John Nicholson is an award winning guy and very friendly and personable too.

Fantastic experience with overall process and now with our own home at Heritage Grange, Edinburgh

In the early days we were given a lovely marketing suite tour by Jenny Balfour which made us fall in love with DWH, followed by Adriano Molfino who was very patient in explaining the ins and outs when and after we reserved our plot, and finally Victor Nemes who helped us finalise the process and was with us until he handed our keys. All very friendly, patient and professional people who made our lives so much easier in the process of buying our first home! We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us.Last but definitely not least, Keith Calderhead, our site manager, is a fantastic person and a true professional, always making sure we're happy with our house and checking that everything is in order. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us!
