Pam in the office was amazing when we first started the process. Everything was explained to ensure we understood everything. Part exchange process was really easy. The day of the move we had the call to say we could have the keys by 10.20am! Which was great! We had some minor issues when in, I.e a small leak under the sink which was fixed as soon as the site team were informed.

We are most of the way through a great sales experience with Harpinder at Centurion Meadows. Buying a new house wasn’t plan A for us, but being able to part-exchange, the deal on offer, Harpinder’s detailed knowledge of the process and willingness to really understand what we wanted, helped us to take this step.
