Went to the launch day of The Chase @ Newbury Racecourse. I was thoroughly impressed with the unique location, property specification and additional incentives on offer as a first time buyer and keyworker! I returned to reserve a property later that same day! I found Luna to be extremely knowledgeable, warm and friendly! She had great patience and provided fantastic customer service!

She gave me plenty of time to view the property and there was no pressure, in fact she booked me in to see another option not currently available to view onsite, at the poppies to give me options. Absolutely brilliant customer service.

Chris Ramsay and Dean made the whole experience of buying a brand new DW home at Anson Gardens, Fradley, stress free. From paying the reservation fee, right to moving in day they have been easily accessible to answer any queries or questions. The only thing I would raise is the internal lay out of our Exeter home with regards to the practical placement of electrical sockets in all rooms. It seems no thought or logic has been used by the person making decisions on their location. E.g. two sockets placed on one wall one meter apart and the other walls having no sockets. Making it difficult to choose a personal set up for the rooms.

We completed our purchase of our new house today at Stonebridge fields and have dealt with the sales executive, Mia, throughout. Myself and my wife genuinely could not be happier with the whole process. Communication is always efficient, and the standards set on this particular site are so high. They have been very flexible with allowing us to make our choices in the kitchen/bathroom tiling etc, despite the house being ‘nearly ready’ which we were very happy with. The whole team are so friendly and helpful, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much again to all involved!

Drakelow ParkGemma at Drakelow Park was fantastic throughout our house buying process. Her focus on customer service was so clear and she did everything possible to make our move as simple as possible. Especially on move in day she had everything organised for us.We went through a part exchange process and Gabriella (Part Exchange Manager) was also fantastic and again really focussed on customer service and making the process really simple. She was always clear with what was needed, really timely with responses and helped us keep our move on track. Lynsey Seymour was the stand out member of the DWH team, she was an amazing support when we were having challenges with solicitors to help keep everything on track, provide updates when they were lacking from the solicitor and going above and beyond to provide us advice and updates until our move in date.Our only downside of the process was utilising the recommended solicitors, Taylor Rose, our experience with our conveyancer was not positive and we would not recommend using these to future purchasers from DWH.

I wish to commend Ashleigh Deal (and DWH) of the South Midlands Division, for the efficient and sympathetic manner in which she handled the replacement of a faulty and non working appliance that was still under the manufacturer’s warranty (not DWH’s)that I had been unable to resolve for a period of time. The matter was successfully dealt with, and a replacement ordered, delivered and working within days.

HiI have recently put a review regarding post sales care . They came and did the job , but not properlyI am just tired of asking them the same thing repeatedly but after multiple e mails, the job only gets half doneThey trimmed the bush outside my property but not properly. I asked them to trim it down further so that it does not overgrow into my property but they come and just do a superficial trimmingJust fed up

The buying process was fantastic and very professional. However the customer service is absolutely shocking. We are still waiting for snags to be rectified a year after purchasing the property! Our shared driveway is sinking due to incorrect preparation of the ground prior to block paving. The kitchen extractor fan supplied was pathetic and took a year to replace however we are still waiting on the corresponding kitchen unit to be replaced as part of the repair.Overall the fit and finish of the house is what you would expect for the price but the customer service team need replacing as they are useless!
