We decided in June we wanted to move but stay in the Wellingborough area, after looking at both existing and new developments, we decided to go Wendel homes, where we had a conversation with Michelle. She could see we were not convinced, and advised us to go to Overstone to the show home. Michelle was completely right, and we went back to start discussing properties. Michelle has been an absolute support during this process. She has not pushed but always advised and doing what is best for us. We have never bought a new home, but once we had sold our apartment, Michelle has ensured we are kept updated on not only our property, but also how the entire estate will eventually look like. Michelle has a wealth of knowledge which has meant any question we have, she answers, and ensures everything is right for us. We are always welcomed with a friendly smile and outstanding service.

Communication has been very good and the majority of snags have now been completed or in hand. She is an asset to the Site Team. Mel in the Sales Team was extremely helpful and also communication was brilliant, both of the above made our experience very good.

It was an amazing experience for me! I was able to secure the house just a month after making reservations. The sales advisors were very friendly and helpful. Even after I moved in, they were still quick to answer all my questions. Additionally, the site manager was careful and patient in explaining every detail of the house. He responded immediately whenever I had questions, which was very efficient. Overall, the quality of the houses is very good.

Premium cost for a low quality home. Lots of snags and overall poor experience of buying. I wouldn't recommend buying a new build if you think it's "turn key". Definitely not 5 star.

Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish!We recently purchased a new home, and the entire process has been outstanding. The team has been incredibly professional and personable, making the experience as smooth and stress-free as they could as house buying will inevitably have blips along the way. A special shout-out to Isabel and Hannah in the sales office for their exceptional support and guidance throughout. Additionally, Adam, the Assistant Site Manager, has been fantastic, always ready to assist and answer any questions.The house itself is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality. The area is also a lovely place to live, with a great community feel. Overall, the whole team made the process nearly seamless, and we are so grateful for their continued help. Highly recommended!
