TrustpilotI’m very happy
I’m very, very happy in the way you have so quickly and efficiently sold our house. Everyone on the team are so helpful and courteous, nothing is too much bother. I’d like to especially single out Tracey, she’s been The Best and kept me updated very quickly all the way. I recommend you to everyone! Many thanks again.

Fantastic service!! I was given plenty of time to look around the property to ensure it met my needs. Thank you so much :)

TrustpilotProfessional and helpful approach
We decided to use Donald Ross because of the very professional and helpful approach from Gavin Urquhart. He explained the process clearly and simply to a pair of elderly novices. All marketing procedures, including photography, were well handled, resulting in a very quick sale. One concern we had was about the short length of time allocated to each viewer.

We recently bought a house through Donald Ross. The service was so good that we used them to sell our house too. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and most importantly super competent. They answered the phone promptly every time, even on a Saturday when other estate agents weren't working. The staff were enthusiastic and accomodating. We felt confident all the way through the process that we were in safe hands. This is the 4th house that I've bought and sold: and Donald Ross were hands down the best estate agent that we've ever used. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Special thanks to Gavin Urquhart who went above and beyond for us. He worked tirelessly to help us secure our dream house and then sell our current property. Gavin really helped to make something that is usually very stressful; extremely straight forward and simple. Nothing was ever a problem for him and we really felt that he cared about the outcome. I would 100% recommend Donald Ross Residential.

just sold my house with Donald Ross after an unsuccessful six weeks with another estate agent. Gavin Urquhart and his team were highly professional and kept in touch at every stage of the process. The photographer was also very good. All in all a very stress free experience and I would highly recommend them.

TrustpilotProfessional & Friendly
Our experience was great from start to finish. Every person I spoke to was professional, helpful & friendly. The communication was excellent and everyone was very approachable. Having had the same experience Donald Ross a few years ago I didn’t even consider using any other companies.

TrustpilotReview by a buyer
We were buyers so not paying for Donald Ross’ services. I found them well organised and professional. In comparison to other agents they were the best of the bunch to deal with as a buyer. Special mention to Tracey for her friendly, professional approach and responding quickly to our questions.

I viewed a house last year in Kilwinning.I can’t remember the lady’s name, (apparently it was a different lady showing us about to who it was messaging us in the email) she was selling her friends partners house. We were interested but she was extremely pushy and saying if we wanted it we needed to put an offer in that night and actually told us what other people’s offers were which, I later found out you’re not allowed to do that. I ended up didn't put an offer in, and I also later found out that the house sold for a lot less than what the lady told me someone’s offer was for, so was blatant lies to try and get her friend more money. A few other estate agents have also done this and I will be reporting each and every one of them.

TrustpilotExcellent service received from Tracey
Excellent service received from Tracey. Tracey took all the stress from selling the property by organising every stage. She couldn't have helped any more or been any friendlier. We were delighted when the property sold within the first set of viewings with a seamless transition. We were also delighted with the selling price achieved as well. Can not recommend enough.

We were delighted with our experience with Donald Ross Irvine. Tracey is very professional and really friendly and have us some very good advice. She certainly brought plenty of viewers to our property which sold very quickly. All the other staff that we dealt with, Helen & Maureen were equally professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend using these guys if you were planning on buying or selling a house.
