GoogleWe decided to list our house for sale when I was pregnant hoping to move before our baby was born. We ended up in a complicated chain and moving with a 4 month old baby. The only thing that made the whole process easier was the service we had from Bond. They were constantly chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain who were useless and bad at responding, they always kept us up to date, and really gave us peace of mind that they were on it. Every call I received they would check how my pregnancy was progressing and once he was born always asked after the baby which was lovely and made it such a familiar service. They always checked if it was a good time to speak and really couldn't have done any more for us. If you're thinking of selling your house I would 100% recommend Bond, they definitely earned every penny in the sale of our house!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Bonds in Chelmsford and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Melvin did a lot of chasing for us behind the scenes to help alleviate some of the usual stress that comes with moving home. Very professional.

GoogleBond were able to sell our house very quickly and for the asking price. they were also the agent for the home we purchased.
They were very honest with us and highly professional.
Throughout the process they chased solicitors to keep the ball rolling and kept me up to date.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy and sell.

GoogleWe sold our house last year with Bond and the experience was excellent. The team worked well together and knew exactly how to support us at each stage of the sale. Melvin in particular was thoroughly professional and went above and beyond to smooth over the invetable bumps along the way. Not the cheapest but definitely delivered excellent service and value for money.

Great local knowledge and advice from the start! Following on from this, we have needed extra help and advice which Claire was amazing at assisting with. If you want something done, speak to Claire!

An excellent team effort by everyone involved . Bought and sold a house with Donald Ross, the whole process was easy from the first point of contact and everyone was so professional and helpful. The most impressive thing was that if you phoned the office no matter who you spoke to from the sales to the Manging Director they were all equally as helpful.Highly recommend using this estate agent.

TrustpilotIncredible Experience… Highly Recommend
Wow, what an experience. Before Fraser arrived at our home to start the process, we were anxious, however Fraser instantly put us at ease. Understanding that this was a home we had put ally of work into and had a long standing emotional connection too, he spoke of all the features that made this house our home. After deciding it was time to continue with the process and put our property on the market, we were delighted to work with Maureen.
Maureen is such a positive energy, she made sure we were kept up to date with every step of the process. Despite our house being sold in a very short period of time, Maureen kept it as stress free as possible ensuring we were comfortable and supported when accepting an offer.
We have worked Donald Ross in the past to sell and buy a home, and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
Hopefully our next move will be our forever home, but if not we know where we will go to help us in the next great adventure.
