I have no idea how people rent a property from this company, I have applied multiple times and don't even get a viewing despite being told I WILL be contacted, I can be the first to say id like to apply, no problem youd think. Property let, same again, and again, once I have had an email saying sorry the property has gone, no I didnt get a viewing at that one either!!! Useless

TrustpilotExpat returning to Scotland…
As an expat living abroad for the last 30 years, I had no idea what to do, or expect. My son viewed the property on our behalf, and I called Maureen McInnes with an offer. Within 20 minutes we had agreed a price with the seller. We used her recommended solicitors and completed all the initial requirements within a very short space of time with the help of Deanne Riley. Very impressed with their service, professionalism and friendliness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Donald Ross.

TrustpilotSelling my house with Donald Ross
A very calm and smooth journey with Donald Ross when selling my house over the usually stressful period of Christmas. I could rely on every member of staff to give their professional advice and offer their expertise and knowledge throughout the process.

TrustpilotVery professional service. Highly recommended.
Very professional service and could not fault it. From customer services to sale was an all round positive experience. Helen in customer services responded to every question promptly and made me feel comfortable at all stages of the selling process. The photographer was really good and the pics made the house look amazing. The house was on the market for a week, 2 viewing slots over 2 days and sale executed by end of it by Claire. Claire was brilliant dealing with prospective buyers and was very informative, pleasant and great at her job. Thanks Jacqueline and team for making this a smooth and seamless process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Donald Ross Residential to my friends and family. Mary

Huge thanks especially to Helen Hunter in customer service who always got back to us with any queries no matter how small. Many thanks to Tracey in Irvine for easing the journey by liaising between our buyer and us (sellers) even after the acceptance of offer to cut out the middle-men (solicitors) when they weren't necessary saving time and stress and ensuring a smoother process.

TrustpilotA very positive experience with Donald Ross
Maureen, Frazier and all the staff in the Kilmarnock/Ayr offices made the sale of our house so much easier that we expected. From Frazer’s advice on how to present our home to the best advantage, the photographer capturing that advantage through to arranging the viewers who came to see our home - every step was extremely supportive and very professional. Thank you.

TrustpilotCheapest or Best?
Selling property isn't always easy. You can either go for one of the 'cheaper' options or go for a quality service like Donald Ross. You might get lucky with the cheaper agents, but there is no need for luck if you sign up with Donald Ross. They are professional, thorough and they work tirelessly to market and sell your property. Definitely not the cheapest, but I wouldn't sell with anyone else.

TrustpilotProfessional Service from Donald Ross
Staff were extremely approachable and friendly. Nothing was a problem when we sought advice and all our queries were dealt with immediately. Communication was excellent and we were kept up to date with feedback from viewings. Tracy at the Irvine office was our point of contact - she was professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. We had a very positive experience with Donald Ross.

TrustpilotBest house purchasing experience
Very pleased with the service from Donald Ross, Tracey was more than helpful in that I had a problem with my original finance provider and she put me in touch with their preferred mortgage advisor who sorted out the problem and arranged my mortgage and sorted out a lawyer to process the legal side of things. I would definitely recommend the company.
