After living in the same property for 67 years I decided to sell. All Donald Ross staff gave me excellent customer service, from the valuation carried out on 20th March, and an offer accepted on 9th April. I would gladly recommend them.

GoogleDonald Ross is a very slick and professional organisation, and EXCELLENT to deal with. Living just outside Edinburgh, I was selling my parents' rather unique property near Ayr - and Donald Ross provided first class customer service. After both viewing days, (thankfully I only had two Sundays) Naomi was superb at phoning and sending emails as to what viewers thought...over and above info on "The Street" app which you need a Smartphone to download it onto. Naomi really was absolutely A1 in every respect. The Schedule with the Photos looked excellent and everyone involved was a pleasure to deal with. The property sold (subject to the usual legal stuff) in circa 2 weeks at close to the price I was wanting. The reason I've only made this 4 stars is that one of the Partners wanted to put this on the market at £20K below the Home Report. I just found that bizarre!

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Donald Ross and would highly recommend this fantastic team of professionals. A special mention to Rachel who was our point of contact always kept us up to date at every point with her courteous manner. Callum who visited our house to carry out the valuation was extremely knowledgeable and well prepared explaining the process going forward and Phil who showcased the property with his excellent photographs.

GoogleHighly professional. We had a bad past experience with another local estate agent so were a bit hesitant about selling again however Donald Ross helped keep us stay calm through the process. Andrew communicated very regularly to keep us updated with the whole process and explained everything clearly. Hopefully we don't need to, but if we did I would definitely be using Donald Ross again. I would recommend to anyone who needs an estate agent to choose Donald Ross.
