A very professional, friendly and courteous service provided by Scott. During the visit he thoroughly explained the process, the report layout and the terminology used within the report. The draft Home Report and EPC were produced in a very timely manner and the content of both were extremely accurate. Thanks Scott.

TrustpilotStill non existing communication
I can't believe that I have to report an incident in such a short time again. I am an business owner and renting the premises through DM Hall. Because of my previous complaint I've been assured that all the issues with the building will be fixed as soon as possible. Nothing happened and the condition of the building is getting worse. Yesterday morning we had a brutal flooding through the roof. I've contacted the person that should deal with our building. No response yesterday and today. Not sure what will happen with the building if it rains again. As a paying customer, I have to admit that your services are shockingly poor.
