VERY different home report. DM Hall done a seller home report for a property I've just purchased. Almost every category was completely different. Scored a 1 on electric and plumbing system on DM. Building needs a full rewire, boiler replacement and 9 of the 11 radiators replaced, all quoted from non invasive surveys, same non invasive survey DM Hall has supposedly done.

Contacted regarding commercial property, totally ignored. Apparently person dealing with property "Anthony" is on holiday. As noted by another individual same excuse given. This is definitely a lie seemingly done to discriminate against renters! I would advise businesses not to deal with such a dishonest company.

APPALLING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have been interested in a commercial property in Ayr which has been on sale for more than 6 months. I have phoned over 20 times to get a viewing appointment for the property and I get told I will be contacted back as the property agent "Anthony" is on holiday or out of office, which has been the case for over 3 months now. The staff is simply uninterested in dealing with customers and the property agents are lazy, showing very little effort towards selling the property. I emailed recently again, regarding this complain, yet have received no response. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND someone to sell their property through this company as the staff is lazy and uninterested in doing their job.

What can I say ?? I am so glad that I had chosen them to market my property. Not a run of the mill sale, a few quirks, but the staff made big efforts to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Cutting corners on assessments and causing issues with incorrect EPC assessments. Managed to lower our EPC by a whole 15 points while only improvements had been made from prior. Thankfully due to getting an independent assesor out. This anomaly has been fixed. Be wary.

Baird Lumsden's Bridge of Allan branch acted for us in a quite complicated (in planning terms) development plot sale, conducted in the difficult circumstances of a national lockdown. At all times I was impressed by their grip on the issues and the the subtlety of their understanding of the market, the subtleties of the planning process, and the behaviour of prospective buyers. As well as their market knowledge, I thought the standard of service exceptionally high, especially as this was not an especially high-value site by their standards. Highly recommended!

If I could give less than 1 star I would . I had my property valued From This Mob just a few days ago . The guy who came to my house Clearly had no clue at all on how to value MY property , but instead started looking for COMPARISONS etc . That's all fine and well but you would then need to compare like for like to value equally. Also stated that he would need to research the area and conclude a valuation. DM HALL are a joke outfit I expected the surveyor to value MY PROPERTY not go looking to research the area or find comparisons. VALE THE PROPERTY AS AND WHEN YOU SEE IT , DONT LOOK TO COMPARE IT WITH ANYTHING ELSE YOUR JOB IS TO VALUE THE PROPERTY THAT YOU GO TO SEE . CLOWNS

Dreadful company. Undervalued my property and then correctly valued it after I pointed out the value of similar properties in the area. Why did I have to point this out to a "qualified" surveyor that was charging me £480 per hour? This was followed by myself and the lawyer having to chase them up for the survey and epc certificate 26 days after they had taken the payment. do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
