GoogleCutting corners on assessments and causing issues with incorrect EPC assessments. Managed to lower our EPC by a whole 15 points while only improvements had been made from prior. Thankfully due to getting an independent assesor out. This anomaly has been fixed. Be wary.

GoogleI have used DM Hall on more than one occasion now for home reports for residential sales. I would reccomend the team in Falkirk. Joanne Taylor in the office was very helpful and David Telford the surveyor was great to deal with explaining everything I needed to know. All in all a pleasant and professional experience.
