Steph, the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and proactive, and we feel confident that any issues would be addressed promptly and effectively.
As tenants, it’s easy to feel secondary to the landlord’s needs, but that has absolutely not been our experience. We’ve felt valued and well looked after throughout. Highly recommended!

One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced
