The service of DJ Alexander property management is excellent. I inspected the property at Easter Dalry Road. It was nicely furnished and maintained well. The property manager Kieran Mooney was very professional. The entire process was smooth and efficient. He spend considerable time talking to me and had lot of patience to answer my concerns. He adviced me with further steps. I will recommend the propery management to my friends and relatives.

Juanita Cappilati has been exceptional throughout, with her happy and advice with regards to the change over between tenants in my property.Her advice and feedback, as to how to improve the interior and exterior of the property, as well as many tips & tricks was very helpful and useful to me. It certainly ensured that a tenant was found very quickly, as soon as the property was put back onto the portal again. Very professional and excellent to deal with

GoogleClaiming that they sent a rent increase notice in line with the law, which I never received and 3 months later after continuously asking for proof, they have been stalling and have not produced any evidence to date. Illegal practices. Beware. After more than 3 months waiting, I received an email from the agency in which they had clearly doctored a legal notice. This is a serious case of ethical misconduct and a criminal offence. I will be taking action.

GoogleI highly recommend Stonehouse Property and I personally had an all round fantastic experience. Again, my sincere thanks to Maureen for showing me around a couple of viewings and giving me the insights to areas around Aberdeen. It's obvious she loves her job in help people find their new home within Aberdeen. Ask for Maureen when you're looking for your new home or rental, and I guarantee you wouldn't want anyone else.

GoogleAs Neighbour to a property that DJ Alexander rent to students. I would not recommend the company The tennets host 2 party's a month have multiple guest and the property is not cared for, & agent unresponsive to complaints. The wear and tear on the property must be substantial. wear noice and

GoogleMy experience with DJ Alexander Estate and Letting Agents was a very streamlined and pleasant one. I want to make a special shout out to Diane Harte in particular who was very helpful in setting up viewing appointments and giving all the information about the property to help make an informed decision. She was incredibly responsive in her messaging and very kind. She was also on hand to help me check in to my new flat and show me around/explain all I needed to know about the property as well as answer all my questions. I would recommend DJ Alexander Estate and Letting Agents, especially Diane Harte, to anyone. Diane Harte is THE BEST.
