The absolute worst company I have ever…

The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. Avoid them at all costs! Moved into our flat that had clearly not been cleaned with mould everyone and the floors not even been hoovered. After we moved out due to the disgraceful way we were treated (we didn’t have a shower for 3 months and DJ Alexander did not fix it), we have now been billed a £400 cleaning fee despite cleaning the flat from top to bottom before we moved out. They are clearly deleting reviews as I have never heard anyone say anything good about them.

Their online systems are super scammy

They have a tremendously flawed IT system in place. Since they manage everything via online platforms and not through direct communication, EVERY time (no joke) I have to interact with them I get so many spam emails. That only tells me that they're leaking info and not following through on GDPR safeguards. I would never ever ever sign up with DJA again.

First time renting with Dj Alexander

First time renting with Dj Alexander. Great communication and clear and consistent description of property. A gent Calumn Robertson was particularly helpful with the application process and the woman (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) that was there on the day of viewing was faultless, answering all my questions without hesitation.

Excellent service

Great team, particularly Gill who sorted out all the admin and issues whilst tenants changed over. I didn't have to worry about a thing and the whole process could have been quite stressful but was quite the opposite. Very happy and would recommend in a heartbeat.

Friendly, helpful and professional…

From first engagement and interactions with DJ Alexander, I was confident they were the best choice for me when looking to sell. The experience throughout was thorough, quick, professional and I’d highly recommend. Sarah McIntyre and Sara Rankin were extremely helpful and Sarah went above and beyond whilst I was on holiday towards the end of the sale.

Great Team!

We've just moved into our second DJ Alexander rental and once again, we've had a great experience. Yvonne Mathers arranged our viewings and provided an almost bespoke service by suggesting we considered an apartment we'd originally ruled out having only seen it online. It turned out to be perfect for us and we're so grateful to Yvonne for using her instincts to help us find the perfect home. We also had great service from the delightful Oliver (didn't catch his surname) on checkout from our old apartment, and our warmest thanks go to the star of the show, Gemma-Louise Mavor who walked us carefully and patiently through the process of having our deposit returned in full. We hope we don't have to move again anytime soon, but if we do, we'll come back to DJ Alexander for help. Thanks to you all - you're amazing!

Excellent Experience

We recently had a property inspection conducted by Jenn, and it was an excellent experience. Jenn was punctual, courteous, and professional throughout the visit. She was kind and very cooperative, and we had a nice chit-chat with her, making it feel like a pleasant visit from a guest. Jenn listened to us attentively and ensured that we weren't facing any issues with the property. Her friendly demeanor and clear communication were much appreciated. We have never had such a positive experience in any of our past property inspections. We feel fortunate to have such a dedicated and respectful property manager.
