GoogleAlthough my experience with DDM was relatively short, it was an excellent one. In particular, Mollie was fantastic - friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.
After deciding to sell my house, DDM had it on the market remarkably quickly and made the whole experience feel effortless. Unfortunately, I later had to withdraw the property from the market, but the team were extremely understanding and supportive when I made that decision.
The service I received from start to finish was outstanding, and I wouldnβt hesitate to recommend DDM. Thank you to Mollie and everyone at DDM for your excellent service.

Since then everyone has been so helpful, especially Sam, Bria and Jay who we have had most contact with during the selling process. Cannot fault their great communication whether it was via email or over the phone, always providing updates as soon as any information was available. They showed commitment to booking in viewings around our availability, and didnβt fail to chase up those booked in for viewings and making offers. GoogleSpoke to these about putting a property on the market. Straight away they said, we'll pass it over to an auction company. It's the way forward nowadays. Huge mistake & loss for me ! DDM valued it & ended up losing Β£20,000 ! It was a small 2 bed semi, not a 6 bedroom mansion. Phoned DDM twice to speak to management. First time saying there busy printing brochures, 2nd time, they'll phone you later, still waiting for the call 3 months later. Don't reply, it's not your fault about the sale .it is your fault for putting it up with i am sold, auction co. Without asking me any questions. Be very careful. & be warned

GoogleMy partner rents from DDM but as she is autistic and adhd I help out a lot with admin for her, whilst everyone in the office is lovely and helpful, i cannot stress enough how absolutely wonderful Gemma is with her. Gemma consistently has always been patient and kind to my partner and always takes extra time to make sure everything is explained properly to her and that my partner feels comfortable and safe. Knowing that she has support from ddm and Gemma, for the times I can't help, makes such a huge difference to both of us, and she has shown up for us consistently for over 2 years now and we are incredibly grateful. (Both of us agree she definitely deserves a raise!)

We had some issues with the broadband router being delivered to our flat before we were able to move in and the estate agents were super helpful and went round to put it in the flat for us - definitely above and beyond service!
