GoogleHaving just sold my house using DDM I found them to be professional, efficient and helpful at all times. The team of Fiona, Marie and Shauna were Excellent, always willing to help and explain things, and always with a smile. Communication was really good ( have had problems in past with agents not answering phones) these guys were always up to date and on the ball, and always answered the phone! GoogleTotally utterly unprofessional & disgusting, the way of how they regard tenants when you moved out. Thanks to TDS intervention that we got a partial deposit instead of paying 3 times of our original deposit. This company DO NOT rent houses to people. It rent landlord properties Stay AWAY & AVOID from DDM if you want to get your deposit back.
Sorry to hear you had a negative experience Arinah, unfortunately not every situation can be resolved. Just for a bit of clarity, when we initially 'Let out' a property a full schedule of condition (inventory) will be conducted. When that tenancy comes to an end, the landlord and ourselves expect the property to be returned in a similar condition to when it was originally let out and this inventory will be used for cross reference for damages/cleanliness etc. If a tenant has unfortunately not returned a property in the same condition, then deductions will be sought by the landlord from the initial deposit and we will use the TDS to independently adjudicate, as in your case I can see that they had made these deductions in what is fair for all parties. We take great care in making sure that these properties are returned to our Landlords in a similar condition to when they are let out and always give tenants fair opportunity to rectify these issues before move out so that a full deposit can be returned.

GoogleFiona and Shauna were great when buying our first home. They kept me well updated, especially regarding the delays which were out of our control. The only downfall was that I had to enquire a couple of time about the faulty lock that was found, and we unfortunately have never heard anything about it. Otherwise, would recommend when buying a new home.

GoogleWhen I decided to sell my house, I initially received several quotes from different estate agents. DDM were so polite, accommodating and good value for money so I chose them and was not disappointed. I do not live locally so logistically it made the sale a little more complicated but the team were fantastic, easy to get hold of, provided me with regular updates and advice. GoogleVery poor communication. They did not have the decency to let us know that our offer was rejected by the landlord, we wasted a week waiting to hear back and mutiple calls were needed to get a confirmation. Huge waste of time.
