Our experience with DB Roberts was very disappointing to say the least. Alarm bells started ringing when the valuers insisted on marketing the property too high; I gave the benefit of the doubt with this but it quickly became evident that the price was too high when I didn't have a single viewing for a month. Once I reduced the property price, I sold only for the buyer to pull out after 6 weeks. The buyer pulled out via email and DB Roberts failed to communicate this with us for a number of days. Once the house was put back on the market; we received some viewings. However, each time DB Roberts told us the viewers were proceedable; we later found out they were not! The final straw was when DB Roberts booked in a couple to look round our property; initially telling me they were proceedable and had sold their property? When chatting to the couple, they said they were homeless and didn't know what an agreement in principle was. We felt we were constantly being lied to all the time with DB Roberts. Needless to say, we marketed the property with another agent who sold it in 5 days and eventually completed. I would NOT recommended DB Roberts to anyone!

Kieran and Alex prioritised negotiations at pace so we could leave for our holiday, and Keiran has been flexible and on hand, ensuring we got a second viewing at very short notice. He also linked us with a conveyancer, who have delivered a good service to date. We very much look forward to continuing the journey with D B Roberts.
