GoogleWe recently purchased our new home which was sold with DBRoberts. Our buying process took longer than we expected, and we had communications with the sales progression team, unfortunately a member of staff left this team halfway through our purchase and this was not communicated to us appropriately, and we were left wondering why our emails were not responded to and why she was no longer answering our phone calls. However, as soon as Sue took over we cannot fault the service and communication received. Sue was so response, always available via phone or responding to emails, she chased solicitors and went above and beyond for us, we are grateful Sue was able to push the progression of the purchase forwards, and are happy to finally be in our new home after a long uncertain journey.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We are happy to hear that Sue was able to take over and make the process easier for you. We wish you the best in your new home!
