GoogleSuzanna and Tom were extremely helpful with renting out our property and finding one to rent for us. Always available to chat and advise. The support felt all the way through. Once moved in into our new rental place, Kate took over as a property manager, and she's been amazing. Any maintenance or issue was dealt very quickly and in a very professional, caring way. I like the fact that if you are unhappy about something, they listen to you and really do all they can to rectify and satisfy.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, Renata. We’re delighted that Suzanna and Tom were able to support you with both letting your property and finding your new home. It’s also wonderful to hear how impressed you have been with Kate’s responsive and caring approach since moving in. We’ll make sure your kind comments are shared with all three of them. Thank you for choosing Brock Taylor!

GoogleThe team at Brook Taylor were amazing throughout the whole process; always on hand for support when needed during a very stressful time. However, a BIG shout out to Angel who truly lived up to her name! She was always at the end of the phone/ email, so supportive and was always there to listen to my rants and support with dealing with all the problems that arose. Couldn’t thank her enough for everything she did, a real superstar and a credit to the company! Thank you all for making such a stressful time a little more bearable.

GoogleHaving agreed a purchase through brock Taylor and having engaged solicitors we were hoping for a simple and straight forward purchase, but it dragged on and on and so we sought help from brock Taylor. Kieth took on the challenge and ran with it, being reponsive to our calls and emails and bridging the gap between seller and buyer. We really appreciated all his efforts and are grateful to him for getting us over the line. A real professional.

Thank you for your kind review, Murray. We’re sorry the purchase proved more drawn out than expected, but delighted that Keith was able to step in, keep communication flowing between everyone and help get the transaction over the line. We’ll make sure he receives your lovely feedback. We wish you every happiness in your new home!

GoogleJoanne who came to value my house was superb, reassuringly professional and easy to talk to. Good communication also with the Telford office, they kept me informed re viewings and offers in a timely, friendly and efficient way. However so far no help has been forthcoming from DB Roberts with finding my ideal new house -I described what I am looking for and they promised to send me details. Other smaller local agents have been more proactive in this regard.
