GoogleSo far I have had an excellent experience with DB Roberts, from David coming out hours to accommodate for photos to the regular communication regarding viewings. My house has only been on the market since 09.06.2026 and they have already secured several viewings. I will definitely be recommending DB Roberts

GoogleBUYERS BEWARE I was a buyer, I was lied to about the construction type of a property ( turned out to be timber frame once survey was completed). When I brought this issue up I was told that my surveyor was wrong and they had sold the attached house nextdoor and it was not timber frame. This was incorrect and both properties were. I had to send the photo proof from my surveyor to convince them it was timber frame and they tried to pressure me into carrying one with the my purchase. Very unprofessional.

GoogleAfter all initial contact about a house viewing DB Robert’s have been considerate and patient in relation to us finally being able to make an offer on a property after a number of weeks. Mainly dealt with Alex who replied to emails promptly and always had time to take my call and kept us updated along the way. We are only at the start of our house purchase journey but all good so far.
