GoogleThe staff at David Andrew in Stroud Green have provided us with an excellent service over the last 4 years. Our latest property manager, Anusha Gokool, has treated our rental property with the same attention to detail as we would as the owners. Her communication skills are excellent, she is very efficient and has really spent time and energy trying to identify and address not just superficial issues, but the issues underlying any problems. It seems the tenants are equally happy with response time and communication. Teamed with her senior managers we have been very happy with the service so far.

GoogleVery professional way to operate, we asked for the view and we went to the property immediately, great costumer service. All of them have been very polite and quick service regarding paperwork and finalizing the contract. It think one of the best agencies in London.

GoogleI wanted to say thank you to davidandrew especially Philip Chuku, Lettings Manager who was responsible for the marketing of my flat rental. My flat underwent a major refurbishment to bring it to a good standard so naturally I wanted a good rental price. Philip had this in mind when setting the weekly rental which is exactly what I was looking for, within a couple of days of the photos going on-line Philip found a client who fell in love with it and made an on the spot offer. I wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service I received from Philip and the team that dealt with me, as they kept me well informed during the whole process.

GoogleThe lettings manager Philip Chuku is a pleasure to deal with as an estate agent - he is very professional, straight-forward and friendly. He was very communicative throughout the viewing period, which did not last long, since he found me good tenants within 10 days of listing - and this was over the Christmas period. I\'m very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Philip as an agent to any Landlord.

GoogleOver a period of three years Philip has overseen the letting process for me as a landlord. During that time finding tenants, referencing, credit checking etc has been smooth, organised and supremely efficient. In addition any maintenance work needed at the properties has been arranged swiftly. The service Philip offers for landlords is outstanding and i would not hesitate to recommend him.

GooglePhilip and the team at David Andrew (Stroud Green Road) were absolutely phenomenal, getting our property let in record time. We had originally listed with another agent but after almost a month with no offers we decided to change. Philip immediately set into action, getting new photos taken within a day, then lining up six viewings the day after that! From those viewings we had four offers, we couldn’t believe it. Alfie was excellent at getting to know the house in order to show it to its best. He arrived early to ask questions then was a complete natural at bringing everyone’s attention to the house’s features. When we subsequently had difficult decisions to make between the offers we’d had, Philip again gave us excellent guidance and we now have a really solid group of professionals signed up to take on the tenancy. We couldn’t recommend this team highly enough and are so grateful.

GoogleWe purchased our first home through Shabana at David Andrew last year. She was absolutely brilliant. Exactly what we needed: responsive, diligent, professional and personable. She made the whole process relatively stress-free, was always available to answer our questions and reassure us. It went really smoothly and we're now in a flat we love, in no small way thanks to her. Excellent service, would definitely recommend her and David Andrew.

GoogleAnusha has been our property manager for over a month now. She is professional, friendly and efficient. Great communication who makes leasing of David Andrew Stroud Green easy! Prior to that we dealt with Phil, who was great also. Friendly, warm and holding a willingness to go above and beyond. Dare I say it making the perceived bad rep estate agents get seem like a myth.

I mainly dealt with Mark and Phil, who were both brilliant, prompt, enthusiastic, offered us sound advice and put us at ease. All the team there were great. It was a busy time for us and they made the whole process really quick and smooth, finding great tenants for us within a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Stroud Green area.

GoogleExcellent team, super helpful and responsive, a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend David Andrew if you feel the whole hunting for a flat journey is troublesome and tiring just like I did. Alfie and the whole team made things easy and straight forward, they have given me all the details and suggestions without me asking first, and they walked me through step by step from looking for the right apartment to setting up utility bills. Reasonable fees for high quality services, totally worth it.
