GoogleJohn and his assistant Dea made selling our flat a genuinely smooth and easy experience. What stood out most was how John took the time to really understand our situation and the history of the property, so he could properly benchmark it rather than just throwing out a number. He acted as a true advisor throughout the process, not just a salesman pushing for a sale. Both John and Dea were consistently helpful and responsive, answering questions promptly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Highly recommend them if you're looking for an agent who actually takes the time to understand your property and your needs.

Holly and the team were there for my family from start to finish, supporting us through every high and low. They quickly became more than just agents, they felt like real supporters and friends. GoogleAfter several years of faultless property management from David Andrew, we wanted to refurbish our flat. François Poirier took on the task, meeting us to discuss our preferences, identifying and appointing the contractors, then overseeing the entire job. He did this with total dedication, making constructive suggestions down to the finest aesthetic details. He understood exactly what we needed and what suited our property, also liaising with our tenants who were extremely happy with the work. Ultimately, everything was done to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. I can't praise François too highly. The entire operation was completely stress free and carried out with the utmost professionalism. The contractors were also excellent. Thanks François, such great work!

GoogleI chose David Andrew from four local estate agents, all of whom provided wildly different valuations for my above-shops flat, which was always going to be a more complex sale. I knew the property would be challenging to sell due to the specialist mortgage requirements involved, but Abby secured three offers within the first week. She also guided me towards the buyer she felt was the strongest candidate, rather than simply recommending the highest offer. In hindsight, that proved to be an excellent decision given what turned out to be a lengthy and complex sales process. Throughout the transaction, Abby was professional, proactive and reassuring whenever the inevitable obstacles arose. Her support and advice were invaluable, and I am very grateful to her and her colleagues for helping to get the sale over the line. I would not hesitate to recommend David Andrew (and Abby) and cannot thank the team enough.

GoogleWe worked with Sabina and Adrian at David Andrew to rent a flat. They have both been truly excellent to work with. Communicative, helpful, thorough, competent -- everything you want from a professional service and then some. We are renting for the first time in the UK, too, so there are always complications and they both have been so great at helping us through the whole process. While I hope to not do this again for a very long time, I would absolutely work with them again if I needed another flat!

I can think of no greater testament for their services than that for over 30 years my properties have been tenanted for 99% of the time and the rent has been paid on time every single month. My thanks to all the staff at David Andrew Estates who are professional, friendly and fair in their dealings with both landlords and tenants. Highly recommended.

GoogleBe careful if you are buying through David Andrew Archway. After more than 3 months of delays, unanswered emails, automatic replies, and lack of transparency, I finally discovered through my solicitor that the landlord was no longer interested in selling the property. A very disappointing experience that wasted a great deal of time, money, and energy.
