GoogleWe used David Andrew Highbury branch to sell our flat and they were the agent for our onward purchase. The team (Salma, John, Dea) were excellent. They are honest and switched on - a far better service than you would get at some of the big agencies. They fully earned their fee.

GoogleWe switched to David Andrew last year for our property sale, after having a terrible experience with another local agent. From start to finish David Andrew have been exceptional, and a breath of fresh air compared to the experience we had with the other agent. They were able to find a serious buyer for our property in no time at all, and they have been so helpful and responsive at every step of the way. We have had total confidence in their ability to manage our sale and couldn't recommend them highly enough. We have now exchanged contracts and are due to complete on 10th April. Big thanks to Abby Duffin and Jana Lange who have been so excellent throughout the process.

GoogleI currently rent with David Andrew and unfortunately have to move due to the landlord selling. This unforeseen circumstance has been made so much better and less stressful thanks to the David Andrew team. Everyone has been great to deal with. We were given plenty of notice by our property manager, Francois, and the sale agent, Joe, has been very considerate and friendly whilst conducting viewings. A massive massive thank you to Jamila and Holly who have gone above and beyond in finding us our next home! I really appreciate all of your help

GoogleThey sold my house for a good price. Communication was good throughout the process. Whenever I needed an update John would provide one. I was glad to have him and Salma working hard to get the sale complete even when difficulties were encountered with the chain.

Jana Lange was an amazing , friendly and very supportive, in helping me to proceed both sale and purchase to go hand in hand. They are very efficient, responsive, transparent, and trust worthy. They work hard to keep things moving when the transaction needs a bit of energy, but always in a friendly manner.
