We had a great experience finding our next home with Holly! After a several month disappointing flat search, working with David Andrew was such a refreshing experience - they are professional but also extremely personable, and everyone we interacted with was super responsive and felt like they genuinely cared. In the end they found us the flat of our dreams 😌 We would definitely recommend David Andrew out of all of the many estate agents we worked with in Highbury & Islington!! Thank you!!

We cannot recommend David Andrew any more highly. They supported us as letting management agents for several years and the helped us sell our Finsbury Park property. Dea and John have been fantastic to work with and we would recommend them and their team to anyone looking for estate agent support in the local area.

Salma did a brilliant job selling my flat. First, she secured lots of viewings very quickly. Then she was very helpful when there were complications with the sale. By far the best experience I have had with an estate agent.

Wow! I am joining all these 5* reviews I see about David Andrew Estates. I have been in touch with Kasim at Stroud Green recently, and I was so impressed with his amazing customer service, proffessionalism, and patience. I would strongly recommend David Andrew Estates if you want to have a smooth, impressive experience whilst renting a property.

What a pleasure it has been dealing with Bethan and her sales team at David Andrew. Having had 2 sales fall through with another agent due to lack of following up after the sales were agreed we were pretty much at our wits end. However dealing with David Andrew has been a completely different experience. We very swiftly had 2 offers and once the offer was agreed Bethan and Todd stayed in close contact with everyone so that any potential problems were 'nipped in the bud'. An absolute breath of fresh air after out previous experiences, I could not recommend them more highly.

I couldn't recommend Salma and Dea from David Andrew enough. They recently guided us through the purchase of our first home and were so helpful and responsive throughout the process - always on hand to talk us through the steps and provided regular updates at every stage. We will definitely be using them whenever we decide to move house in the future!

Suggested the highest price of a number of local agents and then sold it within two weeks. The perfect agent! The staff were very good as well, pro active and on the ball. Dea particularly. Well done David Andrew Highbury.

We had a fantastic experience with Holly. She was extremely helpful during our property viewing and provided valuable guidance on what the landlord was looking for which was very helpful in crafting a strong offer. Throughout the process, her communication was excellent, she kept us updated at every stage and made everything smooth and stress-free. Holly is highly professional and knowledgeable about the properties she represents, the neighborhood, and the unique process involved with each.

We had a great experience with Holly, from the Highbury branch while we viewed and secured a new flat. The process was seamless and Holly was great with giving advice on our offer and taking me back to the property after our offer was accepted to take measurements etc. Thanks so much!

You read 4/5 star reviews these days and ask is it really that good, can anything be rated that well. Well our experience with Jamila and David Estate Agents was truly that - exceptional. Jamilla was exceptional, from the confirmation of appointment right through to the speed of getting our application done - the experience has been amazing. And we have only been here in the country for two weeks - highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with Salma Saleh at David Andrew’s on the sale of my rental property. From start to finish, Salma kept me well informed and regularly updated, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. She demonstrated a strong understanding of the local market and used effective marketing tactics to generate interest and achieve the best possible sale price. Her communication was clear, timely, and proactive throughout. I would happily recommend Salma to anyone looking to sell a property and would not hesitate to work with her again.

We worked with Todd to find our first home. He understood what we were looking for and within a matter of weeks we had an offer accepted. Everything was easy, nothing was too much trouble. Communication was great and he turned what had been a stressful experience into a decent one. Thank you, Todd!!
