After several years of faultless property management from David Andrew, we wanted to refurbish our flat. François Poirier took on the task, meeting us to discuss our preferences, identifying and appointing the contractors, then overseeing the entire job. He did this with total dedication, making constructive suggestions down to the finest aesthetic details. He understood exactly what we needed and what suited our property, also liaising with our tenants who were extremely happy with the work. Ultimately, everything was done to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. I can't praise François too highly.
