GoogleA big thank you to John Dosanjh, Salma and Dea at David Andrew in Finsbury Park who helped enormously in the selling of my flat recently. They were extremely personable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and always available to answer any questions involving the sale, which seems a novelty these days. They put knowledge and effort into pricing correctly at the start which makes a big difference between actually selling if calculated right. I would fully recommend them if you want a successful outcome and to feel you are in very good hands.

GoogleJamila from the Highbury branch has been amazing, she was super helpful in getting us a viewing when many other agents or companies were unable to help us, and helped us in securing our dream first property to rent together as a couple. She was really great, super warm and friendly and easy to talk to at the viewing, and has been great at communicating with us every step fo the way, and helping us with all our queries, nothing has been too much! As a first time landlord I really appreciate the time and effort that the area manager spent going through the process and answering my many questions. The whole team are very approachable responsive and friendly. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and transparency and feel in safe hands! I definitely recommend using this agent if you are looking for a high level service and peace of mind.

GoogleI have now had two experiences through David Andrew - buying a property, which was so positive, I decided to let the flat out using the same agency. I was not disappointed. The level of professionalism from staff, the responsiveness, the quality of their work, it really shines through; it's made both affairs as stress-free as possible. They were excellent at answering my many, many questions as a first-time buyer (and first time landlady), were accommodating with arranging both my viewings and those of prospective tenants, and have kept me up-to-date with all steps of the process. In this market, DA are quite unique, and I have no doubt I will use them again if I decide to close the circle and also sell a property.

GoogleBethan helped us manage a lengthy and complicated sale, relaying messages between different parties speedily and offering to help chase 3rd party information. This was not a prime property with a huge fee awaited. Nonetheless, the service was consistently attentive and pro-active. Many thanks also to Todd who organised all viewings smoothly and helped secure the final offer.

Bethan, Greg, and Todd all worked together seamlessly to deliver a truly excellent experience. GoogleWe have been with them for 3 years and when we were leaving the property, we asked for an inspection to be done regarding the cleaning included. this never happened. and after a week that we left the house they send us an invoice for £264 taken from our deposit, simply with the words professional cleaning. without even sending us a photo of the work that was done. really disappointed with this agency and their lack of assistance.

While we understand you had arranged for a professional clean, the independent check out report - which we rely on to guide any deductions -indicated that the property was not returned in a satisfactory condition. If there were concerns about the charge, we would always recommend raising a formal dispute with the Deposit Protection Service, who act as an impartial body in such matters. He always communicated clearly, and with patience, with all four of us, understood our situations, addressed in detail any issue we raised with him, and guided us through some challenging aspects of the purchase.
