They were the first agents to reply after I sent out an enquiry to several in the Stroud Green area requesting a visit to the flat for a valuation, and by far the most courteous and efficient. Kasim Genc, the Area Manager, was incredibly helpful, explaining in detail the different options for a managed letting and all the documents I needed to obtain. He always replied quickly when I had further questions. The others in the team were equally efficient in dealing with the practical aspects of the letting, including Carina Behrens in Property Management and Daria Bendkowska in Accounts. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
