GoogleI recently let out a couple of apartments through David Andrew. Kasim, Fred and the rest of the team worked diligently to make sure they were let out as soon as possible. The service was second to none, and I'd recommend anyone looking to let a property in the area to choose David Andrew.

GoogleOver 10 years working together, David Andrew have consistently secured a great selection of tenants, always in a short time and with efficient negotiation. They are helpful and proactive with property management advice. Key staff turnover is low, a testament to a well-run company with good values. Over the decade, I've been impressed working with Kasim, Theo, Phil, Anusha & Shangeetha, and many others who strive to make renting out a property an easy process.

GoogleI have recently let out my flat with David Andrew and can honestly say it was absolutely the best decision to have made. Kasim has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process, giving good advice and finding excellent tenants within a week. He and Adrian have also been very helpful getting the flat ready for the tenants to move in, from obtaining gas certificates to letting licenses. Fully recommend them!

GoogleThe David Andrew team in Archway are absolute legends! Greg was my main contact for the sale of my flat and he was always responsive and proactive during both the viewings and the sale process. Bethan stepped in a few times and he did so with grace and kindness. The whole team provided a holding experience, characterised by professionalism and empathy and I can't recommend them enough - especially with all the non-personal and ambivalent services offered by the more commercial estate agents in London. GoogleWell. Where to start. David Andrew’s have been looking after our flat for the best part of the last decade and we have always had an outstanding service from them. Over the years they have found and supported 3 sets of tenants for us who were all perfect and looked after our beloved flat really well. In particular Anusha who has been a steady, go to source of help in all sorts of scenarios. With much sadness we have had to sell our flat but it was never, ever in question that David Andrew’s would be the ones to do it. In a world of companies that try to hyper inflate prices, if you’re looking for a truly honest, straightforward and reliable agent in the area who know what they’re doing, it’s Mark Campbell and his team (including Jana). Mark has patiently, (ever so patiently) and kindly held our hands throughout the entire stressful process with a calm head and sage advice. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, thank you thank you thank you to Mark and your wonderful team!

GoogleWas deciding between 4 estate agents, 2 big national names, David Andrew and another local agent. David Andrew valued my flat at 25k over than both big name competitors, charged a lower fee and crucially, were able to deliver on their valuation and got me 2 offers at asking within 2 weeks, in a pretty tough market. Throughout the whole transactions, they were very supportive, all the way to a successful conclusion. Would recommend to anyone selling their property in the area!

GoogleDespite a challenging house sale, these guys managed to stay positive and upbeat. What really stood out for me was the way they managed everything in a really diplomatic and professional way. This was the sale of my late mother's house and despite me living 120 miles away, they were able to help me greatly with a lot of the practical tasks in order to get the house ready and this was a HUGE weight off my mind. They were also very good at explaining the process to me who had never sold a property before. I would use them again and know that I made the right choice when assessing which estate agent I should use. (I interviewed four and David Andrew clearly stood out)

John provided very level headed, calm and grownup guidance throughout the process which is exactly what you want, especially through the more anxious moments of buying and selling! John and Gemma acted very swiftly when our first buyers fell through and we had a new buyer secured within 24hrs without dropping the price. We also feel they valued and marketed our flat just right.
