GoogleIf I could give negative stars I would. This company basically made my partner homeless with days notice and tried to charge when they didn’t even do an inventory themselves. Horrendous people - just want to make as much money as they can and don’t care about their tenants they serve. These guys tried to up the rent by a ridiculous amount and actually realised they couldn’t - because the place was already disgusting that they rented. Very ironic they had to reduce the price to get tenants in to replace the ones they made homeless. The worst people on the planet - these guys will make your life hell. STAY AWAY!!!!!

GoogleThe sales team at the Stroud Green office have been a pleasure to deal with throughout our recent home buying experience. We dealt mostly with Mark and Jana who were professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout. We completed within 4 months of our offer being accepted. We would highly recommend the sales team to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area.

GoogleWe recently used David Andrew to sell our flat in N4 and couldn't have been happier with the service we got. Mark and Jana were extremely helpful from start to finish. We were initially tempted to go with a bigger agent with citywide coverage but after speaking to Mark it was clear that David Andrew really knew the local area. We were really pleased with them throughout - the listing was great, the strategy they suggested worked really well (in a very uncertain market!), and ultimately they got us a number of offers and found us a wonderful buyer! Most importantly they saw the sale through. Jana was tenacious in chasing the buyer's terrible solicitor and calm and reassuring when we were getting worried it was all taking too long. If you want to sell around Stroud Green/ N4 then look no further!

GoogleI worked mainly with Philip to let my flat, but the whole team have been great. Every phone call and email is swiftly dealt with and they have kept me updated at every stage. They were determined to provide a service that I would be happy with and that has been achieved. They gave me advise on things that needed to be in place for prospective tenants and Philip was really excited by the potential of the flat. That was reflected in the marketing and the calibre of tenants they found. Being local also meant they knew the market well and could be flexible with visits, etc. This is my first time working with the team, I highly recommend them.
