GoogleGreat service from David Andrew on Stroud Green road. Viewed the flat on Monday and we were moved in by the Saturday. Great communication throughout and really efficient process, all made a lot easier by Ahmet who was on hand for any questions we had and who made the process pain-free. Highly recommend!

GoogleI have had the worst experience with David Andrew estates. Two months after moving out of the flat, I have still not received my deposit. I warn against anybody using them as they are inefficient, incompetent and morally derelict. They do not answer emails and have been completely unprofessional. During my tenancy it took months before they fixed anything. I am extremely disappointed and will now have to waste time and money through the legal route to get back my deposit. I do not recommend, save yourself the waste of time this agency will produce in your life.

GoogleI have let two properties through David Andrew over the last 30 years and have been very impressed with the high quality of the service that they offer to both landlords and tenants, striking a perfect fair balance between the needs of both parties. Probably the best testament to their abilities as agents for landlords is their checks on prospective tenants - in the 30 years I have worked with them not a single tenant has ever defaulted on their monthly rent. An excellent company who I highly recommend to both prospective landlords and to people looking to rent.

GoogleDreadful. Incredibly slow at addressing the damp and disrepair at the property I rented from them; the service received from Anusha, the property manager was very poor. After three months of contacting them regarding the damp at the property and them doing very little, I was left with no alternative but to report them to Environmental Health as the property was a health hazard. I asked for reimbursement for damage caused to my property as a result of the conditions and was told to claim it on my contents insurance. Now they want to try to charge me £225 cleaning fee to clean a one bedroom flat which was falling to bits and which was left in a better condition than how we found it when we moved in. Theo Dorges, Head of Propety Management, please can you reimburse me for the damage caused to my mattress - I've sent you the pictures. Kind regards
