GoogleOver the 3 last years I rented a flat in North London with David Andrew Stroud Green and they are really professional. We had lots of problems with the flat but Anusha G. has always managed to find solutions for us and I thank her a thousand times ! This agency is really serious ππΌ

GoogleIt started off pretty well, having done the entire process virtually when I moved countries during the pandemic. From viewing to signing it was a breeze - the agent Kirti Patel was very helpful. But it went downhill from there: I'm staying in a property that is supposed to be managed by David Andrew Estate Agents, with heating and hot water included in the rent. Upon receiving the inventory (2 weeks after moving in) I made note that the oven and heating was not fully functioning. It took 10 days and a chaser email for them to respond - and it's been over two weeks but neither the heating nor the oven has been fixed. There has been no offer to compensate me for the excess rent I am now paying that includes heating which isn't working (I've now had to pay more in electricity to operate a portable heater), despite my ask. So would probably recommend if they aren't the property manager and only play a role as lettings agent, but really disappointed with how long it is taking to do a simple but essential fix!!NegativeResponsiveness

So when I decided to move on and rent my flat out, I went back to them straight away - and was delighted to find that Philip was still part of the family.
