GoogleI recently worked with Ash to find a letting in Lower Holloway with 2 other flat mates. We had a very good experience working with him as he was very flexible in managing the search and offer process. Would recommend to others.

GoogleWe sold our flat in N19 through David Andrew and cannot fault the service provided. Within a week of registering with them we had four viewings arranged. Jeremy and Fraser were fantastic at keep us informed and giving us feedback after each viewing had taken place. We were able to sell our flat relatively quickly - within about 2 months - despite the current unstable political and economical climate. Jeremy was also great at managing high emotions when it there some slight hitches (due to solicitors) towards the end of the sale! We would highly recommend David Andrew as an estate agent.

GoogleI use these guys for my lettings in London and have done for well over a year and they are great. The Archway office is always very helpful with anything I have had to get done as I live remotely from the property. Jobs always get done quickly for the tenant and I have had no issues with getting paid. They found great tenants for me that fitted the house well (unlike the rather poor tenants a certain large chained agency found on a previous letting). Overall very good service from this lettings agent which in this day and age is a good thing. Highly recommended!

GoogleWorst communication from any agency I've ever had. Always say they'll contact the landlord when I have a question and I never hear back. Still waiting for my deposit back after a month and a half for no reason or explanation. Avoid.

GoogleAs a landlord and tenant, my experiences with David Andrew have been almost entirely disappointing. Their staff can appear comically inept, with a remarkable ability for losing paperwork and keys. Rude customer service too.

GoogleHaving purchased a property from David Andrew Estates I found the service to be absolutely superb, second to none.Throughout the entire process from initial viewing to receiving the keys to my new property the service from 'John' was friendly and extremely professional and constantly kept us informed of proceedings and reassured us when we had our doubts. Great guy and service - the complete opposite of what everyone would expect an estate agent to be !! Would 100% recommend and use again .

GoogleTruly terrible estate agents. Couldn't be less trustworthy. Took a holding deposit but they kept showing the house to other people, agreed an offer with someone else while our offer was being decided on, and lied to us about the landlord refusing our offer in the end. As if finding a house isn't stressful enough.

GoogleFraser and Kasim were very helpful throughout our rental process. This was our first time renting in London and, to be honest, we didn't know what to expect. Although we had problems with the first property we wanted to rent (because of the landlord), they were quick to find another flat that suited our needs and budget, and in no time we were moving in! GoogleThe reality is, as a young couple looking for a 1 bedroom, the market is not short of either offer or demand. This means many flats to view and a bit of a "car buying experience" feeling. Amongst all the estate agents we've met, Kasim has stood out by being comprehensive and efficient. He's been trustworthy and really went the extra mile to help us in getting the flat we wanted. We now have a lovely flat and the search was quicker than anticipated. It's always down to the people, isn't it? Highly recommended.
