GoogleAnna and Philip were both incredibly patient and understanding as I gave myself whip-lash in the London rental market during the busy August high season. Anna had taken us to see a few prime properties and Philip was very clear and transparent with all the expectations of the landlords. We did find a gem of a space but it was JUST a bit higher than what we could handle - so we had to back out. Still, the Stroud Green office at David Andrew had an approachability and a clarity that was appreciated.

GoogleWe sold our flat through David Andrew in Stroud Green, and we were really happy with the service and the team (especially Mark and Shabana). The current market is challenging, and the team were always on hand to offer good advice and talk us through plans. We learnt a lot about the current market through them also, which was helpful with our next purchase. Photos, viewings etc took place with minimal disruption to us. I did a lot of research on estate agents in the area, and we're really glad that we went with David Andrew.

GooglePhil and his colleagues at David Andrew dealt with the sale of our flat faultlessly. It was a long and bumpy process and they were efficient, honest and friendly all the way. They were patient when they had to and proactive when the situation needed it. They kept us informed truthfully and treated us with respect. I highly recommend their services. To add to the efficiency of their services, they have been a great support to our school for a few years, helping us fund essential projects. They donated part of their fee from our sale straight back to the school!

GoogleI personally find the staff at David Andrew Stroud green lettings to be helpful and polite , Alfie in particular showed myself and my partner a couple of flats and we ended up taking the first flat he recommended ! I placed an offer then quickly heard back Philip the lettings manager who managed to agree on more or less our initial terms which was refreshing. Thanks to all the team all in all a pleasant experience!

GoogleLyn I am very happy with the efficient service provided by the David Andrew Stroud office - Shangeetha, Anusha, Philip, Theo etc. I tramsferred to their letting team when I had started to have a difficult time with some tenants and the David Andrew people dealt with the legal matters very efficiently and were totally supportive. I am pleased to be able to recommend them.
