GoogleWe had a good experience finding a place with David Andrew. We only viewed the one property, deciding immediately to rent it, but Anna who showed it to us was very friendly and helpful. They were good with the move-in arrangements and so far have been responsive to the couple of maintenance requests we made. All good so far.

GoogleWhat a nightmare, it’s rare to find a good estate agency these days but this one for me was by far the worse I’ve experienced. Regardless of how polite you are they will make you wait as long as they can. A little compassion by would go a long way for these guys...

GoogleMark did a great job selling our place in Finsbury Park. We agreed on the price we were after first. He put he place up for two weeks. He brought everyone round to see it on a single weekend, and BAM, sold it!

While undoubtedly working for his ultimate client, the vendor, Jeremy showed that good estate agency also means being considerate to the interests of the buyer and he showed professionalism and dedication to helping both of us achieve the ultimate aim of a successful purchase in which we were both left happy.

The viewings were organised efficiently, the communication was very good throughout the whole process and, most importantly, they found excellent tenants in a very short space of time!!
