GoogleHad my viewing and email correspondence with Natalie throughout my 2 year renting period. She was super professional yet friendly. As international student I have been to various agencies where I always felt the process full of “money grabbers” imposing overpriced properties. Natalie was the complete opposite, she was always available to answer questions and showed a “human side” to the letting world. I would definitely recommend her if you were to rent through David Andrew Archway. My experience with the rest of the team was also really positive with speedy responses. Helpful, professional and friendly! Would dare to say they should consider themselves to also be the actual landlords. Highly recommend!

GoogleEmail correspondence with Natalie prior to the viewing was professional yet friendly. Natalie showed us around the property and was super friendly, helpful, professional and had answers for all our questions. further correspondence with Natalie and the team at David Andrew was really positive and during the renting process all our queries were answered with speedy responses. An incredibly friendly, helpful and professional team, would highly recommend!

GoogleWe actually had a good experience with David Andrew until now... during the tenancy, Chelsea has been responsive and professional. But now it's a totally different story. We've been asked to leave our flat a week in advance for the next tenants to move in earlier, the head of property management said he would obviously give us the 1 week rent back but it has now been 4 weeks and they still won't give it back!! Even bigger issue : David Andrew is EXTREMELY SLOW giving us our deposit back!! We are still waiting and waiting, chasing every day but David Andrew keeps ignoring our requests and can't be bothered getting this resolved despite of the high amount it represents! Honestly, so disappointing.

GoogleDavid Andrew - and Maxime Kappler in particular - were a great help in finding and renting our new place in Islington. Extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. We've never had such a smooth and supportive experience of renting somewhere - would definitely recommend!

GoogleChristina helped us rent our first property together in London and we couldn't have been happier with her. She was so lovely to deal with and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of whilst providing a great line of communication between us and the Landlords. I would highly recommend David Andrew!

During the check out procedure, she was of great help; assisting me with arranging cleaning, removals and accommodating my move out smoothly. GoogleA very high level of service from Maxime of David Andrew. In our search for a new flat to rent, I dealt with many estate agents and I can say Maxime was by far was the most professional. He gave a great level of customer service and showed genuine interest in our needs. Ultimately we did not rent with David Andrew, but they didn’t try to rush us like other companies and gave us many options of flats within the area we were looking for.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleVery professional, kind and helpful estate agents. I have recently sold my one-bedroom flat, that was also previously rented with David Andrew. I am so pleased and grateful for the service received on both sale and rent departments. I had several previous experience with other high street estate agents, so I can compare and this is the reason for rating David Andrew at the top! I do highly recommend choosing David Andrew as, particularly through this time, they are agents that can be trusted as they are very knowledgeable, highly professional as well as kind and supportive and they will go "the extra mile" to help and assist throughout the process.
