Very poor communication throughout our tenancy. Sending work men to our flat at 8am unannounced. They took 3 months to fix our hot/cold shower. Still fighting to get my deposit back after a month of trying. In my 14 years of renting, hands down the worst estate agents I have dealt with.

Having started & finished a tenancy with David Andrew I can say that they are a good letting agent. They respond to maintenance requests well and meet their legal obligations. They also listen and respond to emails over all matters, and we were pleased with the handling of the deposit after the tenancy which was received and cleared via the TDS in less than 2 weeks. Overall a solid choice.

Anna and Philip were both incredibly patient and understanding as I gave myself whip-lash in the London rental market during the busy August high season. Anna had taken us to see a few prime properties and Philip was very clear and transparent with all the expectations of the landlords. We did find a gem of a space but it was JUST a bit higher than what we could handle - so we had to back out. Still, the Stroud Green office at David Andrew had an approachability and a clarity that was appreciated.

Ive been in the same flat for going on 4 years and David Andrew have been brilliant with helping me whenever I have questions and concerns. Prompt responses whenever I email them. Calls sometimes take longer to respond. When Ive requested maintenance they've sent good help and have gotten things fixed sooner than later. They work with me when it comes to other issues and have been an overall pleasure to do business with. Would recommend.

The service at David Andrew has consistently been prompt, efficient, and helpful. As a landlord I can give what for me is the ideal recommendation of their rental management service: the only time I need to think about the flat is when there’s a change of tenant, and even then tenants have been found quickly with virtually zero time when the flat was unoccupied. Excellent.
