GoogleVery good letting agency. We’ve been in this agency for 5 years, no problem encounter, they help us in our problem in our flat, especially Caitlin she us superb! Very easy to reach. I would recommend the Daniel’s Lettings Agency.

GoogleI have registered my interests couple of times even called them multiple times. But still they didn't answered or called me back. And once they answered they were not interested to talk. It's been 5 days since i have called them but still i haven't got a response.

GoogleIf you need your shared ownership property selling then go to Raz and his team at Daniels Estate Wembley. They are best and helped, the buyer when they go stuck with the solicitor who tried to charge them double! Raz found a reasonable priced solicitor who knew the ins and outs of buying a shared ownership property for them. As a seller, he found a buyer on his books that was genuine as I had been burnt in the pass before by another estate agent who didn't know what they were doing. I received regular emails and calls throughout the transaction. It was a long process all due to fact of a uncooperative housing association but with perseverance, Raz assistance sold my property. Great thanks team 👍🏾

GoogleIf an agency would go over and beyond to assist you let this be house sale or buy then that’s Daniels Estate Agency. I used the Sudbury Hill branch during the highest interest rate inflation but they have pushed through. If someone can keep you positive during your hardest time then that’s them. ( Yes John Buckley! I mean you!) Honestly thank you to Daryl too, he kept so calm in every difficulty we came across You guys put my life back on track

GoogleDaniels's support through our properties purchase in Sudbury Wembley was very impressive. They were extremely kind and very elaborate in all communications that guided and improved our interest in buying the property. Above all, Mr Jon, one of the members of staff who showed us the property from day one, was always available to assist us until the completion today. They even went as far as recommending a conveyance solicitor who sped up the completion process. I am very pleased and will not only use them again but also recommend to friends and families looking to buy properties in Northwest London.

GoogleI was a first time buyer and had a really good experience with Daniel's Sudbury branch. I ended up buying the first property they offered to me to view and was very grateful to have found a lovely seller. Special mention for Daryl Snook for his knowledge and great communications throughout.

GoogleExcellent service all round. John Buckley and Jon Hughes were both helpful and supportive and kept me up to date on the sale...far more than my solicitors! John Buckley always called back and always took any concerns or worries on board and took the time to listen and put my mind at rest. The website is really helpful and keeps you up to date on the progression of your sale. I have never worked with better agents! Efficient, honest and get the job done.

GoogleWe went through several estate agents and Daniels were the ones to deliver. The online system is amazing that constantly emails you with viewing confirmations and feedbacks. The whole branch is amazing and constantly is there to help and provide advice on the best way/price to get your property sold. Strongly recommend.

From start to finish the care, attention, support, exceptional communication and patience of Daryl Snook and the rest of the team was second to none. They made me feel safe. Their expertise in navigating a complicated transaction , where I was not in the country, was so reassuring and appreciated. Their calming presence on the end of the phone and their regular e mails keeping me updated at every stage of the process, made a potentially difficult time feel very manageable. GoogleThe customer service I received was outstanding. I felt like my house was the only one they were selling. Always answered calls or called back immediately. Every question was answered & explained. They were with me every step of the way & kept me updated throughout. I live in Portsmouth & the house I was selling was in Harrow so most communication was over the phone or email. Could not fault them at all. Highly recommend & would certainly use again.
