GoogleI recently inquired about a rental property with them, and I must say the experience was highly unprofessional. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. I had to repeat multiple times just to get basic information. When I finally did speak with someone, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I found the lack of professionalism and poor customer service very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental property.

GoogleTerrible customer service . Condescending and sheer arrogance from Michael. No understanding of how to deal with customers . He just would not listen . Everything is about his own voice . Send him on a training course …then send him back again . Poor form all round

GoogleI have had the great pleasure of fulfilling a tenancy with Daniels. Not only was the signing and confirmation of the contract swift and efficient, getting me in my new home at an amazingly fast pace. They have been extremely understanding and flexible when I found myself in a very hectic and difficult time. I would highly reccomend Daniels if you have the option or chance for your rental property.

GoogleCommunication between myself and the agent was very good, he kept me up to date on progress from the start of the process to the end. The viewings were all documented and feedback given on all of them. I'm really happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Daniels

GoogleI believe is about racism here...Our experience with this agency and some of the staff was very unpleasant.I have asked to speak to one of the managers and they said is nobody available.I am sure i am not the only one who complained for the staff behaviour,unprofessionalism and bad manners, that is one of the reasons of rejection to approach a manager. On top of it,i have tried many times to call and ask to speak with someone higher as nobody was willing to solve my issues and she hang up. I strongly believe that this is racism and the lady thinks that i don't know the law and she can easily go away with it!! For all of you,stay away from this agency if you don't want headache.

GoogleTerrible experience… Mason was appointed as the agent, not one update received directly only received by chasing Daniels/Mason… Sent prospective purchasers to the house and didn’t show for the viewing leaving the homeowner to carry out the viewing and show them around. From a personal experience Daniels showed no interest in trying to sell the property which was very disappointing.

GoogleThey asked me what time Between 3.30pm and 5.30pm I would be available for a viewing. Booked 3.30pm and got the booking confirmation through a message. Got there and met a painter who told me he thinks would not be possible to view it today as the paint on the deck is fresh. Also the agency did not announce him anything as he should have not painted the deck that day. Call agency, no answer. Imagine needing them during the tenancy… “call agency, no answer”. Very unprofessional to waste possible tenants’ time because of lack of organization.

Hello Adrian, I apologise you were not able to get in yesterday, I can confirm that all appointments were confirmed with the owner, we are not dealing with any maintenance so are not in contact with the decorator. I can also confirm that when we arrived at 3:30 to carry out the viewings we spoke to the decorator and organised access for all of the viewings that were booked in of which all others took place without an issue. GoogleWell done Daniels Great Service from start to completion, I received first class advice from the manager, not only on price but on timings, associated costs and all the pitfalls, John Buckley was spot on with all advice, once an offer was in place John then had another member of the team check on the progress right up to and past completion. This 2nd person was Jon Hughes and I can recommend him 100% he and his team kept me up to date with progress of probate, checks and solicitors and checked regularly that I was happy with all aspects and the progress, Mr Buckley was right when he said “ I’ve trained him well” Highly recommended Daniel’s in this area.

GoogleI let my flat via Daniels as I was living abroad, unfortunately I trusted them more than I should have and the flat was returned in a terrible condition, utterly filthy and broken. They also did not manage the tenants or check the flat was cleaned. Do not leave your property in their hands!

We are sorry you feel this way, as you know your property was let out for a number of years and so wear and tear is inevitable. The Deposit Protection service which is an independent government body assessed the condition of the property at the start and end of the tenancy and found no wrong doing. All properties require works from time to time, especially after a 6year tenancy. We have offered you to call us and discuss this anytime and that offer is still on the table if you wish. Thank you!
