GoogleLeaving this review in the hope that a “manager” or someone who cares about the reputation of the company monitors them. We have been renting a property through Daniel’s for 2 years now, the flat has now been sold and we’ve been given limited time to find somewhere else to live. We were promised support from Emma Jackson / the lettings team several months ago. Despite repeated calls, emails, and assurances, no properties or viewings have been offered. We have only until just before Christmas to secure a new home, and the lack of progress is putting us at real risk of being left without accommodation. As tenants, we have been cooperative and accommodating throughout, even while living with ongoing issues in the current property (damp, mould, leaks, frozen walls, broken doors, and a prolonged period (almost 5 months) without a working washing machine, that we ended up having offer to pay for until something was done. In spite of this, we’ve remained patient and have avoided escalating complaints, relying on the property managers repeated empty promises to assist us in moving to a more suitable property. The news of the house sale came at a particularly bad time suffering a family bereavement, we tried to explain this to Mason and that we’d really appreciate no viewings over the weekend we were travelling to the funeral, but no considerations were given, and instead, we had to leave keys out all weekend, monitoring security cameras, and no one turned up. We were then told we had someone coming to do a property check, but again, they didn’t turn up, and we called around several offices, being sent in circles and they said there was no record of this check, and we shouldn’t let anyone in the house. Then to have a plain clothed person turn up with no ID a few hours later obviously made us very uneasy. All of this stress at a time where we should’ve been given some privacy to grieve. Mason was incredibly rude upon breaking one of our keys in the garden lock, no apology, just very defensive and blaming myself for having an already bent key (it wasn’t). This was ours problem to fix and replace. After several house viewings prior to the sale, the house has been left unlocked & open and locks have been broken. We respond promptly whenever something is required from us, and we now ask for the same level of care and attention from your side.

GoogleI contacted Daniels about a property in Wembley and spoke with an agent named Joe. The experience was extremely poor. Joe was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of answering simple questions about the property, he pushed for personal details and made no effort to help. If this is how Daniels treat potential tenants, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
Please check the name as we do not have a Joe at Daniels. Also we will always need your details first and confirm who you are.

GoogleDo not trust Chris. He asked me to come back into London from my visit with my grandma a week early to view flats as I’m being evicted in a week and a half and he completely ignores me all week!. And then says it’s not his responsibility that I’m in this situation he put me in.

Kai was super quick to arrange viewings and, when things got slow, he was relentless, chasing up lawyers, pushing things through, and making sure everything happened on time. Not only does Kai resemble Cillian Murphy, but he also gets things done as if “by order of the Peaky Blinders!” The whole Daniels team was lovely, always returned my calls, answered every question, and even helped us save on costs.
