Both Tony and his colleague, Umar, at Daniels Estate Agents, have been superb throughout the entire process of selling my property! It was shared ownership and I had very little luck going through my housing association, in fact they didn't manage to arrange any viewings at all... however, as soon as I signed up with Tony- they had multiple viewings booked in straight away. They also have a vast experience of working with housing associations involved in shared ownership, including knowledge of the slightly more complex legalities which selling this type of property entails; and this is something which other high-street estate agents did not have! Also both Tony and Umar were incredibly responsive and no question was too big or too small... they have always been on hand to help chase up people or to simply to provide reassurance. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

5 Stars - Above and Beyond! I’d like to leave a huge thank you to Daniels Estate Agents, especially to Kai Castles. He truly went above and beyond to help us secure our property. Kai was super quick to arrange viewings and, when things got slow, he was relentless, chasing up lawyers, pushing things through, and making sure everything happened on time. Not only does Kai resemble Cillian Murphy, but he also gets things done as if “by order of the Peaky Blinders!” The whole Daniels team was lovely, always returned my calls, answered every question, and even helped us save on costs. Thank you so much Kai, and thanks to everyone at Daniels!

Had multiple issues renting with the Neasden branch. Rude staff, had to repeatedly chase maintenance issues such as the roof leaking,.exposed pipes, rotting floor boards and what I suspect was my toilet leaking waste into the floor which were never resolved, fobbed off with excuses saying I emailed the wrong email address, in reply to my email to that exact address. Had to chase my deposit through the Tenants Deposit Scheme as our deposit was protected by this. Was told it would take a month or more to get back, it has to be returned in 10 days or under, under the scheme. Thanks to the scheme I managed to get it back within a few days after I requested it, staff were very rude when I called up to speak about it and was spoken to in a very poor manner. After we put in our notice, we had issues with viewings, they didn't have a spare set of keys for our property meaning we always had to be present which doesn't work well when you work full time, and also are trying to sort everything out for moving house. This also would have been a big issue in an emergency if we had not been home. There was also a big issue with turning up after the agreed viewing for 1 person only at a specific time, the agent came back 10 minutes later with another viewing which we weren't notified for. Had multiple issues with downstairs residents, to the point the neighbours were complaining to the council and nothing was ever resolved despite being told several times they would be evicted any more incidents were to occur. At no point did we ever receive an inventory, check in inspection, check out inventory. I made a complaint when I handed my keys through a letter, I also emailed, left a voicemail and verbal compliant and surprisingly I never heard back from anyone at all. Overall was an absolute horrendous experience and I would never rent from Daniel's ever again.

We rented a flat with this estate agents and we had a great experience. From the first viewing to getting the keys the process was straight forward. Our agent was mr Umar Ahmed and he went above and beyond our expectations, great communication, our endless questions were always answered promptly and even on our moving day Umar helped us immensely. On our moving day, after we got all our furniture and everything in the flat, we realised that there was a problem with the shower, we called Umar and he managed to find a plumber who came to fix the shower in a couple hours, I might add that this happened on a Friday afternoon and Umar still managed to make sure we had a hot shower after what it turned out to be a stressful moving process. We were very impressed with the whole thing and would not hesitate to recommend Daniels estate agents, and particularly mr Umar Ahmed to anyone.
