I contacted Daniels about a property in Wembley and spoke with an agent named Joe. The experience was extremely poor. Joe was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of answering simple questions about the property, he pushed for personal details and made no effort to help. If this is how Daniels treat potential tenants, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience with Daniels - special thanks to Raz, Michael and Michal! We listed our property after mini-budget with a different agent but no viewings at all for three months. After switching, got an offer after 3rd viewing. Our sale was not the easiest but they have been proactive and extremely patient - and provided regular updates to both parties and kept the sale going in this cold market. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to sell/buy around Wembley area.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Daniels. The flat was advertised as a “new home,” but in reality it was not new, which was misleading from the outset. The agent, Joseph, arranged a viewing for 5:30 PM. We had to leave work early to make the appointment, but despite knowing this, he was rushing us through the viewing because he had another appointment afterwards. We were barely given enough time to properly inspect the property. This was particularly frustrating because we had been told that 5:30 PM was the last viewing time. We had also clearly informed Joseph from the beginning that we needed to give our current landlord two months’ notice. Despite this, after we submitted an offer, we were told that the landlord could not wait two months. This should have been communicated to us before encouraging us to proceed with the application and offer, especially since our notice period had already been clearly explained. Overall, the communication was poor, the viewing was rushed, and the handling of our situation was extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time and had to rearrange our work commitments for a viewing that we were barely given the opportunity to properly attend. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Daniels based on the way this was handled.

If you need your shared ownership property selling then go to Raz and his team at Daniels Estate Wembley. They are best and helped, the buyer when they go stuck with the solicitor who tried to charge them double! Raz found a reasonable priced solicitor who knew the ins and outs of buying a shared ownership property for them. As a seller, he found a buyer on his books that was genuine as I had been burnt in the pass before by another estate agent who didn't know what they were doing. I received regular emails and calls throughout the transaction. It was a long process all due to fact of a uncooperative housing association but with perseverance, Raz assistance sold my property. Great thanks team 👍🏾

Kai was super quick to arrange viewings and, when things got slow, he was relentless, chasing up lawyers, pushing things through, and making sure everything happened on time. Not only does Kai resemble Cillian Murphy, but he also gets things done as if “by order of the Peaky Blinders!” The whole Daniels team was lovely, always returned my calls, answered every question, and even helped us save on costs. A very unpleasant situation when we were supposed to move out. Waited for the deposit to be returned a long time, after sending plenty of emails to the agent we dealt during the contract , Anish, and to the manager directly, with no reply. After a last one mentioning we will take it further, the agent texted back instead of emailing. Also, it was agreed that after we move out he would take the letters coming at that address after a week and we would come over to the agency to take them. I was really dissapointed when he told me that it is not his job to go to the property and do so, even if he confirmed it to me previously. Since March, I did not get any of my mailing letters from that property. During our 4 year renting contract, we never disturbed the agency with requests, as we did all the work and remewing as it was our own house. That is the main reason why the disappointment was bigger at the end of the contract. Also, to mention that we paid £600 when starting the first year contract and £200 every year for renewal, which is a lot comparing to our current letting agent we have rented the house from.

Had multiple issues renting with the Neasden branch. Rude staff, had to repeatedly chase maintenance issues such as the roof leaking,.exposed pipes, rotting floor boards and what I suspect was my toilet leaking waste into the floor which were never resolved, fobbed off with excuses saying I emailed the wrong email address, in reply to my email to that exact address. Had to chase my deposit through the Tenants Deposit Scheme as our deposit was protected by this. Was told it would take a month or more to get back, it has to be returned in 10 days or under, under the scheme. Thanks to the scheme I managed to get it back within a few days after I requested it, staff were very rude when I called up to speak about it and was spoken to in a very poor manner. After we put in our notice, we had issues with viewings, they didn't have a spare set of keys for our property meaning we always had to be present which doesn't work well when you work full time, and also are trying to sort everything out for moving house. This also would have been a big issue in an emergency if we had not been home. There was also a big issue with turning up after the agreed viewing for 1 person only at a specific time, the agent came back 10 minutes later with another viewing which we weren't notified for. Had multiple issues with downstairs residents, to the point the neighbours were complaining to the council and nothing was ever resolved despite being told several times they would be evicted any more incidents were to occur. At no point did we ever receive an inventory, check in inspection, check out inventory. I made a complaint when I handed my keys through a letter, I also emailed, left a voicemail and verbal compliant and surprisingly I never heard back from anyone at all. Overall was an absolute horrendous experience and I would never rent from Daniel's ever again.

Michal showed us the property and was able to answer all questions we had and was swift in getting back on further questions.
