FacebookTony and his team at the Kensal Rise office couldn't have been more helpful managing a property for a few years then helping to sell that and another flat for us. They were on the ball for the whole process. I would definitely recommend them if you are selling or renting out your property.
Between God and I, and of the truth, I have referred more than 8 persons within a space of 4 weeks to my legit and trusted Account Manager,MRS Kirkland Tina , she is the only account manager to ever pay me my profit after my first 7days trade of $1000 that I make a successful withdrawal of $19,750. I vowed to testify of her honesty to the public and that is what i have been doing because she deserve more than it. I was bankrupted and left with nothing by fake experts and she came to my rescue. GoogleSpoke to Darshan who stated someone from Sales would call back within an hour. 4 days later, no one calls back. I gave Darshan all the info regarding the properties I was interested in. Called again 4 days after, and spoke to Michael. I explained the situation and NOT once did he apologise for his colleagues/companies failures. Honestly an absolutely pathetic incompetent individual. I asked him for various information and he did not have a clue, kept saying they do not have this information and hence it reflects on the price. This is a property purchase, and they could not furnish me lease information. I stated other agents are able to provide this information and he got defensive. His attitude is awful and I have seen so many reviews about this individual on Google. In addition, they are so unethical as a company, they accept offers and still list the properties for sale asking buyers to improve on these old offers. Sly, Manipulative, Thieving, Conmans - Buyers and sellers jut steer away, not worth it!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJust a bad morning? I've called them this morning, just after 9am about a property to buy. Michael picked up the phone, but he knew nothing about that particular property then, and asked me to call back the office in half an hour to talk the competent person. (I have found it unusual he didn't offer to call me back...but hey, no problem just yet...) BUT! When I called back the office about 30 min later also he picked up the phone again, and I asked for the right person to talk to about the property. He just said, go ahead, -what I want to know?. I have found its's strange, the same person few minutes earlier knew nothing but know he educated himself and able to give me details. He asked me about the price, but he didn't say first he needs to identify the property by the price, because they got 2 in the same development, but sound strange why he asks me a main details what he should know. But he finally gave me the details what I needed to know. Then I said is not for me, thank you, he just said "that's fine" and put down the phone on me without saying goodbye, thanks for calling or something. The all conversation was unpleasant, unfriendly, he seemed arrogant, unprofessional and no mannered. Awhhh... what a Friday morning.... Thanks Michael. :(

GoogleBecause of this agency I don’t want to rent property anymore, I had very very bad experience with them. Never ever will rent with this agency again. Reason Lier, not much support such as services, from there prospective tenants are wrong so be careful. End of the day this is my experience I don’t know other people may have same problme. But from my side 0/5 star. Completely no to this agency.

GoogleI let my flat via Daniels as I was living abroad, unfortunately I trusted them more than I should have and the flat was returned in a terrible condition, utterly filthy and broken. They also did not manage the tenants or check the flat was cleaned. Do not leave your property in their hands!
We are sorry you feel this way, as you know your property was let out for a number of years and so wear and tear is inevitable. The Deposit Protection service which is an independent government body assessed the condition of the property at the start and end of the tenancy and found no wrong doing. All properties require works from time to time, especially after a 6year tenancy. We have offered you to call us and discuss this anytime and that offer is still on the table if you wish. Thank you!
