GoogleExcellent service -house sold in 24hours!
John Buckley of Daniels in Wembley sold the house in 24 hours before it even came on the market. Many estate agents promise the world.....John Buckley promised and delivered an accepted offer in 1 day. If you are looking to buy or sell in the area- there is no one better.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hi Manisha,
The below is simply not true.
We reserved the property for you, the property was taken off the market, viewings stopped, other offers were refused, references were started, and unfortunately you failed these. At this point we even tried to give options as to how we could try and get around it and still proceed, so we did all we could to assist.
You state that we have not explained why, again this is not true, this was explained on the phone, we then followed up with an e-mail, you asked more questions, so we sent you another e-mail where we explained again and provided you with all the reasons and evidence.
We have no interest in keeping anyone’s deposit, we are here to help tenants find suitable properties, however, if you are going to give misleading information on your application then it can only be you to blame.
If you would like to speak to me personally then feel free to get in touch.

FacebookLet the success story of others attract you to your success. I have always had interest in binary trading so I can invest for myself and my family, but I was scared of lost until I got convinced by seeing a lot of people giving testimonies about Mrs Elizabeth Bays an expert binary trader. and then i decided to finally give it a trial, so far so good, I have made 15,500$ in just a couple of weeks I started trading. FacebookI registered looking for properties with a number of estate agents in Kensal Rise and I felt i needed to take the time to say well done to daniels who I felt had the best local knowledge by far out of everyone I dealt with. Tony provided me with lots of details of available properties and I really hope they are the ones I buy through.

FacebookI would put 0 stars if I could, I used to live in Kingsley house flat 5. like this, you can recognise me and maybe answer. TO AVOID
I rented a flat that looked amazing after 3 months the problem started first I have 2 bedrooms the master one from October to February you can sleep in it because it's freezing cold.
Condensation everywhere black mould keeps forming even when I clean it.
Water drops down from the windows 24/7 except when the sun is out
showers keep not working
a water infiltration that they fixed 2 months after only because it was the building management who fix it not them but they took their time
they never answer you, they are rude, unprofessional and your worst nightmare if you go through them
I did for months chase them with calls and emails. they didn't do anything after when I left the house for less than 6 months after time to find somewhere else
they take all my deposit with bad justification please 450 for cleaning 2 bedroom apartment that I cleaned 😂😂😂
they calculated so well that they got almost the exact amount
If I had the means I would go to court for this but I don't so I use what I got to hopefully save a few.

FacebookMy wife and I searched for a house at the wembley and then booked a schedule with EMMA twice and she always canceled and left us waiting, we were very disappointed with the service, I really liked a house and at the time she warned us not to was more available, unfortunately we were not well attended by Emma.
