GoogleBecause of this agency I don’t want to rent property anymore, I had very very bad experience with them. Never ever will rent with this agency again. Reason Lier, not much support such as services, from there prospective tenants are wrong so be careful. End of the day this is my experience I don’t know other people may have same problme. But from my side 0/5 star. Completely no to this agency.

GoogleI had an excellent experience of buying a property recently from Daniels on Wembley High Road. Michal showed us the property and was able to answer all questions we had and was swift in getting back on further questions. Both Michal and Raz were very professional and ensured that the purchase was moving along smoothly despite the mortgage application taking so long. They even helped to sort out issues in obtaining EWS1. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniels and to use them again in the future.

Hi Manisha, The below is simply not true. We reserved the property for you, the property was taken off the market, viewings stopped, other offers were refused, references were started, and unfortunately you failed these. At this point we even tried to give options as to how we could try and get around it and still proceed, so we did all we could to assist. You state that we have not explained why, again this is not true, this was explained on the phone, we then followed up with an e-mail, you asked more questions, so we sent you another e-mail where we explained again and provided you with all the reasons and evidence. We have no interest in keeping anyone’s deposit, we are here to help tenants find suitable properties, however, if you are going to give misleading information on your application then it can only be you to blame. GoogleDaniels Estate Agents - Sudbury went above and beyond our expectations. Caitlin Fallon (Property Management Department) was outstanding, from answering all of my questions to replying swiftly to every email and assisting with problem resolution. Also, Louise Hampshire (Tenancy Progression Manager) aided us with any issues we had during our initial move in and went above and beyond to address each inquiry. Finally, even though we were unable to visit, Rachel (Lettings Negotiator) was courteous enough to show us property through video. Thank you very much for all of your help.

While you are the selling agent, you are equally helpful to the purchasers. It is clear that you know well of the area , love the area and therefore devoted to offer the properties for the benifit of the purchasers. They are extremely helpful in the chain where many parties from estate agents, solicitors, sellers, buyers are involved. I apologise that my high pressure may stress myself as well as this estate agent team in facial or verbal expressions. They did not reciprocate. Bravo.
