FacebookMeeting with a good account manager was the best thing that ever happened to me. I lost a lot to fake account managers and brokers and it was hard to trust again but when I met Mrs. Kirkland Tina I recovered everything I had lost in a week, I was just grateful and speechless. Hi Mr Patel, I can see you have added three reviews at the same time under different names. As they all say basically the same thing, are written in the same way and are all posted within 10 minutes of each other it is clear what you have done. So I would kindly ask you to remove the additional reviews. In relation to your complaint I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns. It may be possible that the property you enquired on might have just received an offer but we are waiting for the deposit to come in. If this is the case viewings would be on hold while we wait to receive a deposit, at which point it would be removed from the internet. However as is sometimes the case if the deposit is never paid we open it up for viewings again which is why they are kept available up to the point a reservation is paid. I can assure you that not one of the properties we have available are fake and I would welcome the opportunity for open and honest dialogue with you. I would be more than happy to discuss each property you are interested in in detail. Feel free to contact me directly on 020 8452 7000 or e-mail me: russell@danielsestateagents.co.uk and I would be happy to help. In the meantime I would ask you again to remove your additional duplicate reviews as this is not an appropriate way to do things. I look forward to hearing form you. GoogleI had responsibility to sell the house my parents are no longer able to live in and had gone there to get the garden cleared since it was completely overgrown. While that work was being done, I dropped into Daniels to discuss the sale of the house once at some point in the future when I had the necessary paperwork. They stepped straight into action and helped me sort out everything, including clearance of the contents and shutting off the utilities. They had 14 viewings within 24 hours of our conversation and the property sold very quickly (the paperwork finally became the missing piece) and made it very easy for me indeed, while also getting a very good price. I was dreading the whole enterprise and they made it so simple for me, for which I am hugely relieved and grateful. I would recommend Daniels very highly to anyone: they are serious, dedicated, energetic and very professional.

GoogleI bought my property through Jon Hughes and found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had the opposite experience with the agent I was selling through so much so that I would call Jon for any queries because he's so approachable. I had such a great experience that I'll most likely sell my property through Daniels in due course.
Thanks we are pleased it worked out.
