I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Towerlands Estate in Braintree.Catherine, Jo and Chris went above and beyond for my purchase, during what was at times a frustrating process on the property I was selling. They liased continually between all parties on both sale and purchase and made me feel at ease with no question being too daft, at what was otherwise a stressful time!The after purchase support has been fantastic and the property itself has been finished to a very high standard!

I’m in the process of buying a new build home from Dandara, with completion scheduled for tomorrow. As a first-time buyer, I had countless questions and concerns throughout the process, especially since it’s not easy to envision everything without a demo version of the property.Both Mandy and Rebecca have been incredibly supportive from the very beginning. They patiently answered all my queries and provided guidance at every step. Rebecca, in particular, shared her own recent experience of buying a home, which reassured me and helped me stay calm during some stressful moments with solicitors.I truly appreciate their assistance and professionalism throughout this journey. I’m hopeful that the completion and handover process goes smoothly tomorrow. Once everything is finalized, I’ll be back to share another review about the handover experience and how any issues are addressed (if any arise).Thank you, Dandara, for the support so far!

At over £3000 per m2 one would expect this to resemble a 5* luxury Hotel, not plane white walled, no flooring with a low end kitchen. The stainless sink in the show house resembles something from screwfix for £39.99

Everything so far in the process of buying a house with Dandara has been excellent. The sales team, namely Lorraine, has helped me with any query I’ve had no matter how trivial and as a first time buyer this is appreciated no end. I loved picking out my choices and was so impressed by the options that come as standard, I hardly chose any upgrades and this was so helpful to me as someone who is buying in my own I need to save any money I can and Lorraine helped me make the best decisions for my needs without pressuring to upsell on anything unnecessary.

From initial enquiry, reservation to deposit, our contact Lorraine has kept us fully informed and updated. She liaises with Colin, the site foreman and site workers and gets back to us quickly on any queries. Nothing has been too much trouble. I especially like the regular updates and that the housebuild is ahead of schedule. Would recommend.
