Dandara Lettings has looked after my interests as a landlord now for thirteen years. During that time I have nothing but praise for the letting team, they are there when you or your tenants need them. Their expertise is second to none, be it the vetting of new tenants, taking care of all the paperwork and keeping up with the latest legislation. And a great personal service, I would not have it any other way!

Bradley at The Meadows site - what a guy!

Bradley at The Meadows site has been amazing and a total pleasure to be dealing with compared to previous developments we have viewed! His professionalism is beyond amazing and the assistance he has given during the time so far has been amazing! We was looking at another site with a developer who we had bought from before but Bradley’s ways persuaded us in no time that Dandara was the right place to buy! The quality of finishing and the standard items are insane so would highly recommend Bradley and Dandara!

Visited for viewing appointment

I recently had a viewing appointment at Oakwood Place in Reading. The sales team was helpful and attentive to all of our questions. The homes are well-designed, with ample storage space. I particularly like the garage, solar panels, and EV charging points, these are standout features for me.On the downside, there is no dedicated children's play area within the development. I also felt a bit pricy.

Lorraine at The Pines site is a delight!!

We dealt with Lorraine from Dandara at The Pines site. She has been nothing but a delight to deal with all throughout the process. She has been the most understanding/professional person we have came across during our transition to our new home. We have been kept up to date with all the latest progression from the new build, as well as receiving great advice from Lorraine herself. She clearly knows her stuff and is an exemplar employee for Dandara, they are lucky to have her! Keep up the great work and I hope she gets a great big bonus this year!! J & A Ritchie
