The staff in the sales office were helpful and the site looked very nice. Unfortunately we were not able to see inside a house as the staff were busy with other clients. It was a bit disappointing as we had made the appointment several weeks in advance. We were not able to wait at the site until someone was free as we were visiting from Somerset and had other appointments to fulfill in the area.

Great communication with the sales team, and on completion, the house was in extremely good order. I have bought a few new builds as buy-to-lets, and this house has had the fewest snags I have ever seen.

My journey with Dandara is just beginning, but the early signs are incredibly promising. After visiting the Saxon Park development and touring their show homes, I was immediately impressed by the quality of their builds. This isn’t my first experience purchasing a new-build property, yet Dandara’s focus and brand values offer a more personal and client centred approach than I hadn’t encountered before.This past weekend, I attended their “Muddy Boots” tour of the Willows site, a fantastic initiative, giving buyers and those considering a purchase a unique perspective on what the development will become. Katie and Yasmine have been exceptional, providing helpful and understanding support throughout. It’s refreshing to have my requests and queries handled so promptly and efficiently.After reserving a plot, I chose Dandara’s “Assisted Move” program, which has taken some of the stress and financial strain out of the selling process. Moving can be challenging, but this has truly lightened the load. I also decided to use their recommended solicitors. This was another smart choice, as everything can be managed online, no paperwork to mail back and forth, making the streamlined process smoother and less stressful. Overall, I’m delighted with how the start of my dream home purchase has unfolded. I believe there’s much for other larger developers to learn from Dandara’s approach. Special thanks to Katie and Yasmine for making this experience so positive, It has made all the difference when navigating the details of a new home. I feel that I’m in great hands, summer 2025 is sure to be an exciting milestone.

We took advantage of the 'Muddy Boots' event at The Willows this weekend (2/3rd Nov), meeting with Katie on a Sunday afternoon for a guided tour of the site. It transpired that Katie had made a special journey to accommodate our appointment for which we were very grateful; further reinforcing the excellent service we've received so far from both Katie and Yasmine - including a reply to an Email at 20.30 one evening!Feel we should also mention the site manager, Max, who together with Katie had previously arranged a one off site visit to allow me to gain a better perspective of the development at the early stages. Max is a font of knowledge and extremely conscientious, particularly regarding site health and safety, which filters through to the high standards of the build seen on site so far.

The house buying process is a daunting task, coupled with buying 'off plan' it was never going to be a straight road to completion! Rest assured if you are thinking of buying off plan with Dandara - DO IT!! you will not regret your decision!Buying from Dandara made the buying process much easier through the constant open and honest channels of communication that Patricia Traylor upheld. 'Pat' always kept us in the loop as soon as she was made aware of anything we needed to know; - when decisions needed to be made, paperwork to complete and read or even a site visit to check on the building progress of our beautiful new home. The building phase, exchange, completion and aftercare have been outstanding and I am writing this sitting in our 4-month-old brand-new home with no complaints! The post-completion snagging works have been dealt with promptly and to a high standard too. We would just like to say a HUGE thank-you to Patricia who we entrusted to walk with us through this life-changing process and we were met with a greater ease than we ever anticipated! 'Pat' is an absolute asset to Dandara and ought to be recognised for her excellent customer service when dealing not only with us but our 'new neighbours' have also conversed about how fantastic Pat truly is and this has been reflected in their home purchase with them also! Pat's friendly, warm, positive, honest and approachable character by nature makes her the Queen of Dandara's team- in our eyes.We would be more than happy to purchase another home from Dandara - the standard of our home, the specifications and the space as well as the quality of the build speaks for itself....... but we would only complete on the 'sell' if it were Pat selling it to us as her personal tailored approach to her homebuyers is unique and unmatched. Thank you again.
