TrustpilotDandara Eskbank - Highly Recommend
We have been in the house a few months now but wanted to drop some feedback on living at Dandara Eskbank. The customer experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Jacqueline Bathgate couldn't do enough for us before and after we moved into our new house. The build quality on the house is of a very high standard and you can see that the tradesman take pride in the work they do. We recently converted part of our garage into a boot room and put in a new window to the rear of the house which required some render to match the existing wall. Stuart Barton helped us out, nothing is a bother to him and can't thank him enough.
Thank you for leaving such a great review, we're delighted you're happy with the team at Eskbank. Many congratulations on your new Dandara home, we're sure you'll be very happy there!

Wife and I had a great experience on our visit on the 22nd of December 2023 to Dandara Grange sales home in Hazledene, where we met Suzan. Suzan was very polite and friendly, she love her openness and patience. She took her time to take us to see other properties in Hazlehead. She explained to us how we can either do a part exchange or put our existing property on sale in order to secure the Dandara one.

TrustpilotGreat Job Jo!
The whole experience of buying a house from Dandara has been as painless as it could possibly be. The sales team at Paddock View led by Jo were superb and really knew their stuff. The house is good quality, let down only by the fitment of cheap nasty unreliable Hoover/Candy white goods. However since they were thrown in for free it’s churlish to complain too much. That aside we’re delighted with the new house and the following customer service. Like all new homes it’s a blank canvass to work on, but a really solid base. Absolutely recommend.
Thank you for leaving such a great review, we're delighted you're happy with Jo and the the team at Paddock View. Many congratulations on your new Dandara home, we're sure you'll be very happy there!

TrustpilotA Dream Come True, Thanks to Joanne Read!
From the moment we embarked on this journey of purchasing our dream house, Joanne Read, affectionately known as "Jo", has been nothing less than an embodiment of exceptional service and an unrivaled ally. Her approach to the sale was a breath of fresh air. There was no forceful selling, no unnecessary pushing, just pure patience and understanding. Jo's prompt and comprehensive responses to our inquiries, complete with illustrative pictures, provided us with a sense of comfort and confidence in our decision. This level of detail and attention, often overlooked, turned what could have been a stressful process into an exciting adventure.Even after the sale, Jo's dedication to customer service remained steadfast. Her approachability and constant readiness to assist has truly set a new standard for what we consider outstanding service. It's rare to find such dedication and commitment in any industry, let alone in the often tumultuous world of real estate. In a decision as monumental as spending £335,000, it's crucial to have someone who not only understands the gravity of the situation but also makes it their mission to facilitate the process. Jo has been that someone for us. There are no words to fully capture the ease with which Jo navigated us through this journey. She managed to turn what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless transition into our dream home. We are forever grateful for her unwavering support and guidance. In Jo, we found more than just an estate agent; we found a trusted guide, a confidante, and a friend. We wholeheartedly recommend Joanne Read to anyone embarking on their home buying journey. With Jo, you're not just buying a house, you're finding a home.Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

TrustpilotShocking experience Paddock View Yapton West Sussex
Paddock View Yapton West Sussex. Have just had a terrible customer service situation with Dandara customer care southern. Having bought a new home here and had a good experience I am shocked at the complete lack of care I have just been shown now I am a resident. Clearly once they have your money moving on you are nothing to them. I asked for a visit and was told no one will visit to discuss. That tells me they are not interested Well done Dandara .
We're sorry to hear you're not happy with the service from our customer service team, we understand they have spoken to you directly.

The experience of home viewing at Dandara has been a breeze. Susan from Dandara team has been exceptionally cooperative while arranging viewings. She has managed to fit us in during the weekends at our comfortable timings even though it was busy in her office. She has answered all our queries and suggested the viewing while understanding our needs. Susan made us really comfortable during home viewings. She is a calm, collective and knowledgeable person.
